Never have luck at this McDonalds. Don’t go to McDonalds much because something usually goes wrong. Decided to go back for one more try because we were in a hurry. My wife ordered on the app and we picked the food. In the pic you will see how I got the fries. They are expensive enough and can’t even get a full box. Why would the employees think this is acceptable? SMH! Of course the only receipt I have is this one. Never got the one with the totals.

Slow drive through, even with 2 lanes it still took nearly 7 minutes to get to the order speaker and another 5 or 6 to get to the window. Then, after paying, we had to pull around to get two coffees and a sandwich. Crazy busy place!

Horrible cust serv. Went through drive through. Lady said Mcdoubles were buy 1 get 2nd one for$1. I ordered 2 Mcdbls and a sm fry. $3.49+$1.00+$2.99=$7.48 plus tax. Get to the window and she says my total was $11 and some change. I asked why so much if 2nd mcdble is $1. All she said to me was”INFLATION” I said i just want to know how she got that total. She said”look, i just enter the order and it gives me a total” i said never mind and left. Smh. Pathetic

I want to start off with the fact that 95% of the staff that work here are entirely disrespectful, are rude and have terrible attitudes. They simply do not care about their jobs or their customers. I don’t know how many times I’ve caught attitude from an employee taking my order in the drive thru because after I sat there in silence for about 2 minutes (was never even greeted), I said “hello?” and then the employee snapped right back “order when you’re ready.” in a very hateful tone. There have been countless times where my drink/order was wrong. On the rare occasion I order just french fries, they are always ice cold the very minute the bag is slung out at me through the window (so those always go straight in the trash. I could have saved time by just flushing a $5 bill down the toilet.) Also, for some reason, every time I have more than 2 drinks, I have to ask for a drink carrier (they never even offer one to begin with). So when I ask for a drink carrier, the employee always has to stop/sign/roll their eyes and then slam the window back closed to get a carrier to put my drinks in for me (me: the customer, remember? Am I supposed to apologize to the employee who is working at their choice of employment customer service industry job for being a customer? I actually am positive that is NOT how this is supposed to happen…)

I waited 20min for a large ice coffee and it was very warm and dose not taste like is should like the other McDonald’s taste and the employees don’t pay any attention to people whatsoever and are very rude this guy was trying to talk to a worker and the kid had a AirPods in and was not paying attention to him and had the guy said it like 5 times

Food was made wrong. The girl at the window was very rude. It all tastes like cardboard! Full of preservatives. If you want good fresh hamburgers, and the best fries go to Five Guys!

I ordered a Big Mac & medium fry. My burger was really good. Although it seems like McDonald’s burger patties have gotten smaller over the years. Or is it the buns got bigger lol. Good quality & quantity of fries. I think everyone is upset because the drive through takes forever, & most times it does, but this location is always understaffed. However, my food is always fresh!
