Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Every time I come here after 3pm it’s absolutely awful. The employees don’t care about their jobs, weather it being they order whatever they think you want instead of what you actually said and then them telling you to go back through the drive thru to order what you actually wanted instead of fixing it. They just lock the lobby doors when they want. Why is it locked at 5pm?? And they just throw the food in the bag. I love eating fries that have been all over the boxes they probably drop on the floor and still out food in. If you hate your job that bad then go get a different one.

It’s a McDonald’s. I mean, you already know what’s up. But as far as being a McDonald’s in Independence, it’s a good one. Reasonably clean. It’s on a busy intersection, so there isn’t much for parking. There’s a QuickTrip gas station next door, which is always a nice stop.

Went thru the drive thru at 245pm on a Saturday. All we wanted was 2 chocolate shakes and a frozen coke. The order taker or computer or whomever managed to mess up this order 4 times, adding fries, burgers, other drinks we did not want. The more we explained what we only wanted the worse it got

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s in a while, service was lack luster, no employees to take orders anymore, the ketchup dispensers weren’t working, they forgot my bacon on my sandwich and the chicken was burnt. It wouldn’t let me redeem a medium fry on kiosk during lunch hours. The quality and customer service of McDonald’s has gone so far downhill to the point that if it weren’t for the fries, I’d quit coming.

We hate the automated drive through option. We want to talk to a person. Twice now we have been and the automated service has gotten our order wrong and then when we got to the window to talk to the annual person he was unable to fix it I guess because when we got home again there was lettuce on my husband’s McChicken sandwiches.

Food was spot on for McDonald’s. Drive thru service was dismal. The AI system used when ordering did not understand what people were saying and had specific comands to follow, increasing time it took to place order this causing a long back up. When we made it around to pick up our order the server at window didn’t communicate what drinks were when handing them, actually didn’t communicate at all until saying by.

The staff was so nice to my baby I had like 4 employees come out to the lobby to interact with her. They made sure to get us fresh food and the manager even made sure to do a quick lobby check because she noticed a lot of customers coming inside.

Inside closed, so when your order is screwed up you have to go thru the drive thru AGAIN & wait in line.Robot ordering that can never get order right so if you like 0 contact with people this is it. Just wait and soon there will be cashless with a machine to take money & will dispense food. I do not recommend.
