Not sure if only one person could handle online orders at this location… but I was trying to get the attention of the staff who was just standing behind the registers to get my online orders and was ignored for a good five minutes..
Then finally my savior, this nice guy came to grab my order that was less than 1 foot away.

There’s a big seating area inside which I appreciated. The burger was good but fries were cold so I wouldn’t get fries if you can help it. Honestly what made the experience for me was the employee – he had glasses with beard and was working on Fri Sept 12 at dinner time. He was phenomenal. Very attentive and friendly and helpful. I stood up to look for ketchup because and he immediately asked if he can help. I could also hear him engaging with other customers and I could tell he was making other people’s day too. Anyway 5 stars only for that one employee.

The burger and fries were delicious and fresh, reasonable price, this place was too busy at night of 4 th of July and our order prepared with a delayed. There was no napkin on tables. The place was good and comfortable some stairs up.

Please record the time of this message because I will have a few comments about the woman working inside at the pick-up counter. Could you please ask her why she treats people so horribly? If she has problems at home or in her personal life, she absolutely should not bring that attitude into the workplace or reflect it onto customers. We are not obligated to deal with her issues, her disgusting facial expressions, or her rude behavior. She cannot and should not treat people this way.
I assume you must be looking very hard to find employees like this, because such behavior does not suit your brand at all. I consume food from your brand very often, and I’m glad I had never visited this store before; otherwise, because of people like her, I might completely stop choosing this brand—and I would also advise the same to people around me.
I want to address the regional manager: There is absolutely no need to employ people like this. In my opinion, she needs to take a certified course on how to properly treat customers. After witnessing how she behaves toward people, I kindly request that action be taken regarding this woman.

I placed my order at 1:31 PM for a 2:00 PM pick-up. When I showed up at 2:00, I was told to wait. After waiting another 10 minutes, my burger came out cold. This is unacceptable. How does it take 40 minutes to make a burger? Looks like the staff here would rather crawl than walk.

I visited the Shake Shack on Newbury Street and absolutely loved the atmosphere – it’s such a nice and lively spot. The food was delicious as always, and I went specifically to try the Dubai shake.
It was really tasty and definitely worth trying, although I still think the one from Nuts Factory is the best Dubai chocolate in the world.
Still, a great experience overall and I’d definitely recommend stopping by!

Great burgers, our service was fast and friendly. Portions could be larger, but it was what is expected from a chain spot. There are stairs down into the restaurant, so I’m not sure about wheelchair/handicap access, which is unfortunate but common on Newbury St.
