This was truly a despicable experience.
I am writing this while waiting for my cookies. I love cookies, really, but this experience is making me demonize cookies. I have been waiting for my cookies for 20 minutes. I am the only one in the miceedeeze. How long does it take to get me cookies? There is no one in line… is there a cookie shortage. I’m truly not upset, just want to understand. Cookie Monster would make them for me quicker than this mess. It’s now been 30 minutes. Send help

I had a mobile order for a fish and two regular cheeseburgers. I sat in the mobile order spot for 20 mins before I had to walk inside and describe my mobile order(I was the only curbside). I had just been sitting there. The lady had to toss my fries and get me new ones. No one was attentive. The workers were screaming at each other and throwing obscenities around in full ear of the lobby. Terrible mcdonalds. Go to a different one

Staff was friendly, but they made my burger incorrectly. It was supposed to be without ketchup! So it was inedible for my fiancé. My snack wraps had way too much ranch on them!! The only good part was the fries were super hot and fresh! Also, the bill was almost $15!! Ridiculous and overpriced for mostly gross food. Avoid this location.

I know its McDonalds, but my family and I have been to this one multiple times now and the experience (except one time which was phenomenal due to one manager) was the same. The staff dont seem like they care at all if you are there. For instance, today, went through the drive thru and after getting my food, asked for extra napkins. The lady acted like I was putting her out, didnt say anything to me, just handed my napkins. I said, “Have a great day.” She didnt say a thing, just closed the window. Also, they didnt give me two extra kids fries that I ordered or any ketchup, even though we asked for some. Dont want to sound ridiculous but we dont go out often with prices being what they are. Experiences like this make for a big turn off. Ask Chick-fil-a what they are doing right because the experience is always pleasant.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 1025 (to the actual order station) looking forward to breakfast and got silence for 7 minutes at which point the guy on the mic told me it’s lunchtime now and I told him I’d been there in time waiting for him to come in the mic and would like breakfast. He said “nah”

Extremely long wait in drive through. Server forgot the sauce for chicken nuggets, did not substitute extra nuggets for apple slices. No salt on the cold fries, no ketchup or napkins in the box. I didn’t want to keep others waiting even longer while we verified the order, but next time I will.

Too early to show up at my friend’s house for the drive into the city, I stopped here for a coffee and a half hour of wifi. The parking lot was clean with no trash. I was able to park the Sprinter van without difficulty.
Inside, the dining room was clean. I had ordered on the app and so the bag with my McMuffin and coffee was ready when I walked up to the counter. All of the tables were clean. I was not able to find an unoccupied one with a power outlet.
My coffee was prepared properly (still McDonald’s hot but consistent with the brand) and the sandwich was prepared properly.

We came to the drive thru for lunch at about 2pm. We waited 20 minutes, and the lady taking orders was so extremely rude. She yelled at us multiple times when she’d put the order in wrong and decided our order was done before we even finished. All we were ordering was two kids meals and two burgers…. We will not return to this location. We were blown away by the rudeness.

I stop here regularly because it’s right by my house. I understand it’s fast food, and my expectations are low, but they get the order wrong more often than I’ve experienced alwoth other fast food chains. I usually let it go, but sometimes if I’m missing items I’ll go on to ask. Each time, I have to speak loudly to get help, as they’re clearly ignoring all customers. Eventually the manager will yell at someone to help me, then she’ll ask what my issue is, say I’m lying about not getting my fries (or whatever) and tell the employee just to give them to me any way.
Lady… I go through the drive through to avoid going in. If I’m going in, there was a mistake. Not a huge deal, but don’t call me a liar about it.

Ordered 2 apple pies with my order. Had to pull forward and wait for awhile, no big deal. Get back to work and it’s 2 nasty holiday pies inside the apple pie container. I have called the restaurant 8 times now and no one will pick up the phone and they don’t have a voicemail to leave a message. What a joke.
