Love trying new places and this place definitely hit ! Came here with my buddies and we shared the buffalo chicken lettuce wrap. So yummy and lite ! We ordered a supreme pizza and I had two slices, it was amazing loaded with pepperoni & sausage along with veggies. Next item I got was my favorite! The pickle pizza was so good I would come here twice a week to eat it. We finished off with spinach ricotta calzone and it was amazing too! The staff were amazing and the restaurant was clean which is always nice ! They also have a game inside where you can win free pizza & a pizza challenge at the restaurant to win $$$. Can’t wait to go back!

10/10 highly recommend! Staff was incredibly nice, and pizza was excellent. Got a personal size pickle and spinach artichoke pizza which were well priced and were generously sized (more than enough for two people). Cheese and toppings were obviously high quality and well sourced, and the homemade crust had the perfect texture. Homemade ranch was also really excellent, and worth whatever effort was put into it. Location is great with plenty of free parking – the best food is in strip malls 🙂 obvious that the staff and owners care about customers as well, as there are several discounts for military, nurses, seniors, and local public servants.

After Santee being pretty dry with pizza options.. it was nice to see a new one open up. Funnily enough next to the failing Filippis’s.
The Sizzling Pizza, located in a pretty cramped plaza, impressed me.
First off, damn those prices are good! A large pizza with 1 topping for $9.99?! Again, considering the other options in Santee that is an awesome value. That is competing with Costco, with their large 1 topping pizza also being $9.99, so I was excited to compare it. Especially since Costco pizza is TRASH.
I ordered half cheese half green pepper pizza. Ordered on the phone and the dude was nice, so far so good. We get there and the dudes there were also really nice! Asked me how my day was going and if I needed anything else. Easy and fast.
Pizza itself was really good, especially for 10 bucks. This establishment just became my go to option for pizza. Cheap and good. It’s not out of the world amazing pizza, but better than Little Ceasers, Dominos, and definitely Costco. This place is good, but it has so much potential to be great. Keep it up!

My fiancé and I got half supreme & half spinach and artichoke. It was absolutely delicious!! And the homemade ranch is amazing. Besides the delicious food, the crew is so nice and hospitable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Disappointed. I’ve ordered tiramisu from here before. It’s always been a great experience, tasted fresh, and looked presentable. But this time it arrived rock solid frozen with ice all over it. Completely inedible and gross. Never again. Here are photos showing what I received before versus what I got this time.

The carry out specials are amazing!!! The 3 topping large carry out is $13.99 or $14.99 (I can’t remember right now but that’s still a great price for the value!) They also have a 1 topping 10 inch carryout special for $6.99!!!!!!! I have two kiddos and get them an extra cheese and they are both full eating the entire pizza. They definitely use fresh ingredients, and their house made ranch is phenomenal! My family and I have loved everything we have ordered from here.

I went to this pizza place because of an ad I received in the mail. I placed a small order and was disappointed when I got home. It’s not like the ads show. They should use real photos. A pepperoni pizza and a Hawaiian pizza for $45

We been waiting for this Pizza place to open for quite some time now and finally yesterday we were able to grab some. The pizza is really good not greasy which is perfect and the crust is just right. Jumbo Wings are huge we got half parmesan and buffalo, but honestly my personal favorite is the ranch the flavor is just amazing it really goes perfectly with the wings. The fact that it’s a family own business you know that they put their time and effort to make sure customers will comeback.

Pizzas were just OK. Could barely taste the pepperoni, so not enough of that. Sauce was bland. More like a frozen pizza than a good pizzeria pie. Alfredo mushroom pizza was better, but the crust was very bready, and light on the mushrooms. Mild buffalo wings were fine, not great, not bad.
Quoted a price on the phone, but rang up $8 too high at checkout, so called that out, which they corrected.
Probably won’t go back. Not sure how the got 4.8/5.0 on reviews.
