Going through town just to quickly see grandkids and get back on the road to Colorado, ordered 12 breakfast sandwiches & 12 hash browns through the drive through,
The First Lady was great, told us that if we called in advance in would help us for our convenience, big smile, great attitude, respectfully made her point, second young girl in drive through glared and huffed “ can you go to space three”, my husband didn’t here her and asked what and she didn’t even respond but directed her glare at me I guess to prompt me to repeat it, and shut the window on him, last lady who brought out the food felt the need to educate that 12 sandwiches, our order where we just spent 100$, the point of having a business, that we needed to call in advance. Two rude ladies.

If I could post pictures of my order I would. I ordered online and redeemed my points to get a filet of fish. Said the code on the speaker, went to the first window. Got told it was canceled when it wasn’t and showed that my screen wasn’t showing a screenshot and that it was paid for. The app took my points to where I had 300 points left when I had 5000 to begin with. Then ordered it again through the drive thru paid for it again with my card. Got a pro McFlurry and I came home and ate it and it was only the top layer that was the McFlurry mix and the rest of it was JUST vanilla ice cream. Never will I be coming to this McDonald’s and you all need a better night crew. Their attitudes are horrendous and not at all professional. My pictures will be going to corporate since I can’t post them here there is no option to do so. I came to this store at 9pm on 11-17-25. That night crew scheduled needs to not be the night crew or needs babysat by a manager.

I can’t take this McDonalds seriously after I ordered a medium sprite with no ice and they filled the cup up about 70% full. If this is something that corporate enforces it’s truly sad on behalf of the company. Everything besides the breakfast and fries is just not very good. I’m willing to change the review if there is improvement at this location because they do have a good breakfast service which I’ll give them an extra star for. Breakfast service is a 8.7/10 and night service is a 1.3/10. Also hook everyone up and put more fries in the bag.

This place was absolutely packed at lunch time today with the drive thru 20 cars deep. I got to the window and forgot to order one item. Even though it was crazy busy, Jacob, the young man in the drive thru window, added my item for me without any hesitation and was friendly as could be. I know they were stressed out from being so busy but he didn’t let that show at all. Great employee. Best fast food service I’ve had in a lonnnnng time.

At Bethalto, Illinois McDonalds. Ordered at Drive thru. Specially asked for fresh hot fries. Go back in as fries were not fresh or hot. Workers carrying and looking at cell phones the whole time as it wasn’t busy. Not much going on inside. 2 people sitting inside. They took fries and went and put down fresh…even though they tried to say they just came up. Not even, I’m sorry about that. Drive thru wasn’t full either. 2 cars. I took a small 8oz paper cup from side of register to get water as I waited. Guy with long dark hair jumps out to say, NO, you can’t take a cup! Wasn’t even a regular drink cup. Told him I was going to get water while I waited. He said, you’ll have to pay for it. Very cocky. He proceeded to go behind counter and talked to another female staff member about me. Duh! Like I can’t hear! I then stepped around and said I’d like my money back and keep the fries. He then debated that my fries were fresh. And to take it up with owner. So OWNER, here I am. The order was not fulfilled as requested, yet, ket me charge you for water while you wait. I will not return to this McDonalds. BTW, your floors are greasy and disgusting out front. You slide all over. Maybe instead of using cell phones, they could clean and mop.

Lady at the counter was very nice, but as I went into the bathroom a young male employee went to the bathroom and didn’t wash his hands which I find pretty disgusting. Hopefully you guys have a sink in the back.

I would honestly give zero stars or negative Stars if I could This location is an absolute joke place the mobile order around 9:45 got there by 10 sat in their drive-thru for over 30 minutes got to the speaker told them my order number right at 10:30 1032 to be exact told me they were no longer serving breakfast tell them I had been sitting in their drive-thru for a half hour they then proceeded to tell me it was not their problem this McDonald’s is by far the worst location I have ever been to completely unprofessional

The food is good, but they keep the dining room absolutely freezing, it is no mistake, they want you to leave as quickly as possible once they have your money. October update: yes, it’s October, but they got the air conditioner blasting like it’s July… This continues in November. Yes, November and cold air blows from the HVAC unit. They do at least adhere to the McDonald’s standard of throwing some wet napkins in your bag. January ’25 update: air conditioner might not be on, but dining room is freezing. April 23rd, it’s 55° outside, but they got the air conditioning blasting in the lobby. This place does no other than make me feel unwelcomed. May ’25, just watched a couple stop eating half way through their meal to get up and find a table outside, it’s freezing in here, I don’t blame them. September ’25, FREEZING!! October ’25 freezing. UPDATE: I’m not sure what happened, but somehow, the air conditioner is not at full blast here in January 2026!
