Worst McDonalds ever! I love McDonald’s food and get it when traveling. We ordered and 20 minutes later still waiting. People that ordered after us got their food first. When we asked, they said they accidentally gave our order to someone in the drive through. Yet, no one said anything to us, and made us wait that long. We ended up getting a refund instead, after being there so long waiting for our food, we realized how filthy this restaurant is. Walls, floors, counters, cookie display, just gross. Flies everywhere including the inside of cookie display. See attached photos. Traveling through? Don’t stop here, keep going to the next McDonald’s or any other restaurant really.

I stood in front of the counter for about 10 minutes tonight holding my cup in my hand waiting for someone to get me some sweet tea while employee after employee looked directly at me and walked away without asking if I needed anything. Like I’m standing at the counter with an empty cup for fun? Eventually just said “can ANYONE here get me some sweet tea?? The one out here is empty!” A man gets me some from behind the counter and added zero ice like I want it warm. The place was disgusting. Everything was sticky. Nothing was clean. The ketchup was empty, too. Even behind the counter was a MESS. There were wrappers everywhere and crumbs all over everything. Even employee drinks next to the food. And the woman working the register had no clue what she was doing. Kept giving every person there the wrong stuff.

This place is DIRTY! The counter, bathrooms, floors, tables, and chairs all disgusting. The soda dispensing station is stained and gross. They had sticky pop stains all over the counter and ketchup everywhere. The food was overcooked. If you can wait the extra 3 miles to the next exit I would recommend doing that.

We got here an hour after opening and the place was dirty. There were wet floor signs for spills that hadn’t been cleaned up yet. The ice tea dispenser was covered in soda. It took over 15 minutes to get our order. Once they gathered our sandwich and burritos, they realized they were out of hasbrowns and had to cook more. When the hasbrowns got done, they left them in the warmer instead of completing our order and bringing it out to us. The food was good, and the staff was friendly and apologetic, but the overall management of the store is lacking.

McDonald’s has gone way down. Food was terrible and sloppy. My Big Mac looked like it was thrown in its box. Employees out on the floor getting trash were loud and obnoxious, like LOUD. …….. and these people want $15 an hour. Geez!
