I stop for nuggets and fries ,I ask the lady on charge if I can have hot fries, she say yes BUT she pass me the same cold fries at guy working he help me out ,BUT was other lady cooking the fries and again !!! They give me the cold fries plus all the time I wait ,that is so disappointing. Hope they do better on the future. Not one customer deserves cold food .

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I sat at the drive thru today with a mobile order for a coffee for over 15 minutes before someone even got on. I would’ve left but I already paid. Now late to work, they then take another 15 minutes to make a single Frappuccino and bring it outside.

All the ice cream machines were down in the Pekin/East Peoria area per the app except this one. Ordered shamrock shakes on the app, went there and their ice cream machine was down lol

I ordered a daily double no cheese, or onion, add pickles, and ketchup. It came with cheese no pickles lettuce or tomatoes. I took it back and they made it worse. Now im out my lunch. This location sucks. Do better

I go to ICC and stop here frequently for breakfast/lunch. Today, my breakfast burritos were FULL, tightly wrapped, and perfectly warm without burning my mouth. From my experience, the McDonald’s industry standard for breakfast burritos is half as full, floppy, and almost always cold or lukewarm. This place goes above and beyond, leaving me pleasantly surprised.

While I know many of us are quick to make complaint posts, I make this post opposite of just that. I have not always had the best of luck with this McDonald’s. However lately things have been going well. Yesterday 01/02/205 at the lunch hour a very polite respectful gentleman (to give him the credit deserved, he is the gentleman with dreadlocks & some tattoos) was working the second drive through window. He said hello, asked me how I was doing and ensured my order was correct. I had every sauce I requested and my order was accurately fulfilled. He told me to have a great day and was very very kind! We need more folks like him. While it is understood we all have bad days and not everyone is personable, being kind to others can make that bad day a little better. Shout out to him for being a great food service worker! I made a post regarding this wonderful experience in the citizens of East Peoria page to quickly determine this young man is always awesome! With over 400 reacts and countless comments of others sharing their amazing experiences with this young man, I feel it is very important for management and McDonald’s to know how wonderful he is and how lucky they are to have him.

Going through the drive-thru is like playing a game of whack-a-mole. Ordered a quarter pounder, got a 3 pce chicken strip. Before this, ordered a chicken sandwich, got a cheeseburger. The management just hates you.

How does the same place Screw up a simple order twice, a MONTH-A- PART!?!? There’s a big difference between pickles and onions. I believe they instructed the workers on day one on fruits and vegetable.
Anyways, I did go a third time (In person). They got it right.
