Wow! Significant drop in quality…no vegetable in the vegetable fried rice…no chicken on the General Tso’s…just massive wads of breading. The filling in the spring roll was gross, slimy and weird. I used to love this place. I may give them one more shot, perhaps it was just an off night…but ugh….

Several times I’ve ordered vegetable dumplings here and several times they’ve given me pork dumplings. I called and asked for a refund and they refused. Very rude. Terrible customer service. Order anywhere else. Even the food they got right wasn’t very good and its too expensive.

Asked for a refund because they gave us the wrong item. They insisted we drive back to show it to them. We asked politely and told them we didnt want to drive back. They refused to refund $7 and said “we don’t respect you because you dont respect us”. Apparently expecting to receive the correct food is disrespectful.

This is a takeout restaurant. If you use a card, the machine will not allow you to proceed without leaving a tip. The staff is not nice to you. They do not welcome you when you walk in, nor do they thank you for your business, yet they’re demanding tips. Unbelievable and unprofessional. Definitely not coming back.

I knew I shouldn’t have ordered out during self-isolation, but I never expected to find a dead fly in the soy sauce for my dumplings – especially when I was on my last dumpling. Absolutely disgusted. It also took an hour and a half to get to my house. Will never eat here again.

The food quality has declined. Will be searching for other restaurants. The shrimp fried rice was incredibly dry, and the general tso has gotten even dryer and stringier. Why would anyone want to pay for chicken that is dry and difficult to chew. The lo menu wasn’t too bad, but I am disappointed. We’ve been serving New Year’s Eve dinner for about five or six years. This will be our last year serving food from this restaurant.

Yangtze is a good takeout Chinese/Japanese restaurant. I really like their Chinese dishes. I’ve never tried the Japanese cuisine. Prices are good and portions are large. You can get a dinner or combo for under $10. I get a pint of soup, two egg rolls and a large dinner for under $20 and eat for 2-3 meals. Recommended!

The woman at the front was very nice. There was no pressure when ordering. Paying was easy. The shrimp seemed like it could’ve been cooked for a little longer, it lacked as much flavor as everything else. Great service. Very polite. Good food.

Yangtze is classic American Chinese food and does it well and quickly for a reasonable price. I see a lot of complaints on google about delivery timing or politeness at the counter. The pictures of the food on the wall are sun bleached and faded green a bit. That is a mark of how long they have been a staple to the media community and their no frills, food first attitude. Their general tsos chicken is high quality and you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
