My son loves visiting this location not only for their Sundaes or happy meals, but because they have a very well kept indoor Playground. To my knowledge, I would like to say it’s the only location to still have this indoor playground, just like when I was a child. We appreciate this facility because on hot days, we can still bring him somewhere he can run around wild. Staff is incredibly friendly and supportive. They literally are always friendly, amiable, and patient with customer service. Management was great. Came between shift changes and they were so polite and informative. Thanks for being a part of our local community! Go Metamora Redbirds!

I pulled into the drive through at McDonalds (5:55p) in Metamora, Illinois for a Quarter Pounder and fries while on my way home. Nice newer facility with pleasant kids working. Placed an order at the kiosk and then began the wait. Five (5) minutes to get to the payment window and another twelve (12) minutes for the food order (6:12p). Drivers behind me were getting their orders. Guess mine was just difficult. No more.

Me and my family went there for dinner tonight and at the register my husband realized that someone hacked his debit card and the bank shut down his card the manager Megan told us to not worry about it that she would take care of it. It was such a great thing to do that she didn’t have to do and that’s amazing customer service. It was just so decent and kind and generous. Thank you sincerely. That woman deserves a raise!!

Not a big fan of this location. I had to wait about 20 minutes for your most common meal. It was not rush hour, and I was the 2nd car in line. I ate while I was driving, and after eating about half of the 1/4 lbs burger, I looked down at the sandwich and the inside was a bright pink. I touched the inside of the meat, and it was cold.

On 6/11/23 We stopped for lunch on the way home from Chicago and noticed that the restaurant was dirty, manager setting in dining room on her personal phone and several employees doing nothing. I noticed the floor was wet and needed some attention. I brought this to the managers attention and she responded with that is why there is a wet floor sign there .

UPDATE: June 2019. I stopped in the middle of the day and staff was not very good. One lady cut in front of me and appeared to know the cashier. They talked for about 5 minutes before someone saw I was waiting and took my order at another register. That was very annoying to me.

Disgusting. Ordered plain cheeseburger and it had all the toppings on it. Ordered a plain double cheeseburger. It was plain but had a hair on it. The overall place was disgusting and just not clean. The bathroom was disgusting and it looked like there was mold growing.
