My wife picks up pizza about once a week from here. Orders at 4pm for pick up at 5pm and somehow has to wait half an hour every single time. I like little caesars. Its the best of all the cheap pizzas. But for some reason the gresham location has been trash for the last 6 months. It doesn’t taste or look right either. I’m thinking about working there just to see what the hell the problem could possibly be!!!

The food is fine, but I gotta say, if you don’t wanna sell pizzas don’t work at a pizza restaurant! I have walked in twice on my way home from work and both times they seemed like they didn’t want my business. Both times, I walked in at 11:15 and they didn’t have anything hot n ready nor did they have any crazy bread. The whole point of lil Caesar’s is I can walk in, buy a pizza and walk out!

I was doordashing and grabbed some Philly puffs on the run. The store was very busy. I ate one but couldn’t eat the rest. They were under cooked and there was no meat. I took them back a couple od hours later when business slowed down. They were nice enough to trade them for an order of wings since I didn’t have time to wait for a new order to made.

The most disgusting pizza I ever tasted. Saw all the ads for the stuffed pizza crust and decided to order one. They sprinkled salt all over the pizza, it’s supposed to be on the “pretzel crust” the crust is not a pretzel crust it’s just a thicker crust. Had to throw it out. Spent 30 bucks on 2 pep pizza and 2 crazy bread. The problem was that the bread was burnt and dried I can’t even taste the garlic. And for some reason the pizza was so under cooked I all I could taste was dough. Don’t order from here and go to the one on 122nd and Glisan. The best there is.

The app gave me a specific time to come and get the pizza. I noticed they had put the pizza in the pizza portal 20 minutes before the order was ready. I called to ask if they can replace it and said that basically I am SOL and that they can’t replace it which I know was not true because I used to work at a little Caesars and we’ve never denied a customer satisfaction like they have here it’s ridiculous. The management was very unhelpful, very unfriendly and obviously doesn’t wanna keep their customers
