Lost in Wonderland2002
My fiance and I usually make our stop here when we’re in the area. Usually, we have a pleasant experience here after long days from working anime conventions, and it’s on the way home.
This time, however, I stopped by the restroom to fix my hair after taking off my cosplay wig and doing my business. While I was at the sink, a girl with long braids was already in there; took a couple minutes in the stall, flushed, and darted straight out behind me. NOT WASHING HER HANDS. At first I just thought it gross and didn’t think much of it while I finished what I was doing (and washed my hands, of course).
When I left the restroom and met my fiance and our friend, we went over towards the counter when I saw the very same girl handling food and dumping fries into the fryer. Obviously one would say “Oh, Hell no! I’m not eating food that was made by a girl who didn’t wash her hands.”… Which I did, in fact, do and say exactly. I let them both know what I saw, and went up to the guy at the cashier– who previously helped us with our order the night before– and let him know what I saw, to which he looked over at her absolutely disgusted. Needless to say, we didn’t linger to see her reaction or if she was reprimanded…nor did we eat there. And honestly, that experience alone ruined going to that location ever again for us, which saddens me the most, as all the other employees who have been there were either incredibly nice and helpful, or chill and laid-back, and the food and environment were actually fairly decent.

We had a pit stop at the pilot gas station that was grouped together with a Wendy’s
At first, I noticed that barely any of the tables were clean so it makes it hard to sit down to enjoy your lunch
Servicing a little slow, there’s only one woman at the front and a few people in the back
We got three adult meals that cost roughly around 40 bucks
Two chicken sandwiches and a burger meal this feels like a hamburger how do you know it doesn’t have pickles
Service was quick and it’s super casual. I’m sure everybody has a different experience depending when they come.

11-20-24 round 10am, my visit was exceptionally positive. Cat was the cashier, she was friendly and pleasant, we need more ppl like her.
The others could take some notes, lol but they were overall ok and busy duringmy visit.

Went through the drive-thru Young Black girl with brown hair was working, seemed a bit overwhelmed but doing a great job. Line was backed up and she was handling food and drinks all by herself, but she got us through pretty quick. I always see her working I even ask her sometimes if she ever gets a day off. She’s always very sweet and polite. Hard worker, give that girl some help.

Lady at register was rude and never said a word to me even after 2 “thank yous” no napkins and the drink station was unusable. She was very nice to the 3 black men b4 me, walked their food to the floor, then got real cold when I got there. Threw my food on the counter and turned her back. Had to check if it was even my food. No napkins or offers of any kind. Bare minimum is what I got.

We stopped by in the midst of a roadtrip, and it was fine. We just got a ten piece nugget and it was good. I was satisfied with the service. I’m glad that this location was here, to serve as a quick snack break for our 6 hour drive, and that the inside was open for us to place our order.

Upon arriving at 0609, I looked over the menu and made sure store hours started at 0600. After sitting there for a couple minutes, the person yelled across the store “we’re not open”. I responded that I thought the store opened at 0600. The response was yelled across the store “we’re not open”. At this point, I said ok, I will just use the Pilot for now on, thank you.
The way these responses were was very unprofessional. Now I buy my biscuit every morning at the pilot. The biscuits from Pilot as I found out, are alot better anyway and always with a smile.

Went through the drive through and asked for fries and a combo with a sweet tea the drive-through lady was extremely rude huffing and was like oh God oh God because she didn’t have sweet tea and I had to ask what else he want when we want for our drink that is extremely bad customer service I mean absolutely terrible would never eat there again

Update: I ordered an iced coffee. She told me she charged me for a hot coffee. I said I would pay for another coffee. She lied and said they don’t have iced coffee. Must have huffed and rolled her eyes at me 10 times.
