Ordered the the app the big breakfast with a muffin. Got home and this is what I got, tried calling they answered, didnt even say hi and hung up. Called 6 more times and same thing again and again. I can see why you guys get so much hate, its ridiculous.

We recently ordered from door dash. There are three of us. Dash order clearly say 2 bigmacs, filet of fish, 1 med fry,1lg fry. LG coke and a med coke. 2 drinks in total, 3 sandwiches. They completely left a big Mac out,leaving one person with no dinner. It was paid for but no answer from the store. This continues to happen. As a matter of fact in the last month 3 different orders have either been made incorrectly or just missing items

Used the pickup service, didn’t receive my order accurately. Order a Double Hamburger (w/MPO), Med. Fries, Med Ice tea. Received a Double Quarter Rounder w/Cheese (w/Everything), Med Ice Tea.
I didn’t speak with anyone since I had already driven home before seeing my order.

Hearing managers yell at staff isn’t what any customer is coming in for. Drive thru is nuts but when people don’t have orders ready to place or payments ready before pulling up to the window sitting behind people waiting for them to put car in park to get wallet or fumble with purses makes the line longer.

IT WOULD BE NO STARS, but google made me give one to post this review. Main Street McDonald’s in Galesburg, IL is nasty. They really had some nasty substance in my burger and after I explained that I threw up my entire meal and was only refund for the two burgers after they made me bring back my WHOLE order, drinks included. What a worthless joke of a corporation. I’m glad that I’ll never be dining at any of your restaurants ever again and hopefully others do the same.

Slow. Very very slow. You could be the only customers, and they are still slow. The floors all over the entire restaurant was slimy slippery. I was slipping every step. They didn’t look dirty, there was just some sort of grime film all over. There were no ketchup cups and I asked the worker next to the ketchup for more cups. He points to the ketchup and I again pointed out there’s no cups to put the ketchup in. So he then hands me a cup lid and told me I can put my ketchup on top of the lid. What? So I walked up to the counter with the registers and asked for ketchup. The worker says she will get me one. One??? I have a family of 6 I just ordered for. A local family looked at me when I turned around and said this is why they go through drive through here and then comes in because the workers are horrible. Wow.
Later, my autistic son has a small autistic meltdown from his disability, and the same worker that gave me a cup lid for ketchup then starts laughing his butt off. My husband took my autistic son outside to calm down and give him a moment to regulate his sensory intake, and the worker man is looking at me laughing. What is funny about my autistic son having a visible disability???? Then a worker goes to the bathroom at the same time as me, farting and walks out without washing their hands. This place was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

This location seems to have some issues late afternoon/ evening. When I go thru in the mornings rarely have any issues with service or food. Teresa who often works the drive thru is amazing & friendly. Hopefully, the night crew can get it together.
