I’ve really come to like McDonald’s 2 for $3 cheeseburger deal. A good couple of burgers for a decent price. I just wish that they could get my special request right more often. I don’t much care for ketchup on burgers, so I always order my cheeseburgers minus the ketchup. So how does that so often result in my receiving cheeseburgers minus mustard? I like mustard. Are the cooks colorblind?

Service was a little slow, as others said-probably because it’s a college town and school is out– but very friendly. And one of the cleanest McD’s I’ve seen! We drove a little out of our way off Hwy 84 to come because of the playground and it was well worth it! Kids loved playing in the large, clean playground while I chatted with the friendly staff. In the end, the time we spent waiting for food was as long as we would have stayed to play anyway.

Manager was extremely rude. The truck to deliver their food had just pulled in blocking the second lane. And when I pulled into the first lane, the manager yelled at me for pulling up into the first lane. She was extremely rude about it, and obviously had no idea what she was talking about. If you don’t like customer service then don’t work in customer service. I ended up driving away because of the tone she took with me. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Pop machines are down. How are both down? More of an issue asking for a refund then leaving. Entire place is trashed. Everything is dirty. They sit behind the work area on the phones and do nothing. I’m sure McDonald’s don’t pay them to clean anymore. So can’t blame them really. But close the inside then.

We ordered from the app . It says if you place a order and pay only a dollar you get a free fry , we didn’t , then we had to park and wait , what’s the point of ordering on the app? Our sandwiches look like someone smashed it down so much , ridiculous. Another thing , when I pay 7.00 for two fries I expect to get what I’m paying for . For as much money pulls in you would think they would do a better job. First and last time using your useless app.

We go here because the fish filets are always hot and perfect. We just went at 4 pm and the line was long and slow. We ordered the filet meal and an extra fish sandwich. We immediately parked and ate in the car. The filets were good but the fries were cold and tasted oxidized and cardboardy. The line made it not worth complaining about the fries. We ate some and threw most of them away. Hope the birds weren’t poisoned by them. It is unfortunate that they won’t pay people enough to be fully staffed. We, the consuming public, should not be punished for that by waiting and making it impossible to have a good dining experience! The guy in front of me looked plenty pissed cuz he knocked real hard on the window after getting his food. Apparently they forgot his straw. Then he peeled away. So, you’re making more enemies than friends! Not a good business model!

My order was made incorrectly and even though the sticky ticket on each sandwich was correct, apparently it means put whatever you feel like. I now have 4 sandwiches that can’t be eaten, yes I called and the “you can come back & we will remake your food” response but you see I shouldn’t have to come back because you should of made it correctly the first time!

Not bad, for McDonalds during lunch hour it was not bad at all. Definitely a plus when you get your order 100% correct. Don’t forget to ask for straws … if you need them.
