This place is hit or miss. Sometimes during the week during breakfast they are on it and everything is fast and fresh. Then you get to the night shift. Better check everything in your bag, we ordered a hamburger and all we got was a bun with no meat. Another time we ordered a sausage patty for our dog and they literally put an empty box in our bag. I dont know how someone can screw up that badly. Whatever you do make sure you check your bag before you leave. Guaranteed you’re missing something.

Picked up food at 545pm. Soggy old fries! Its dinner time so why wouldn’t there be fresh fries available considering lots of people thru at this time of night? Ice cream machine “broken” as usual. Despite ordering in the app and no ice cream provided, no refund was given. This location has become a joke.

Congratulations on acquiring all of the McDonalds in the area. With prices everywhere insanely high I think it’s fair to say that customers appreciated small wins like $1.00 Cokes. The increase shows just how much you don’t care.

im not one to leave reviews but i wanted to show the overnight team some love!! the two people i interacted with tonight were both SO kind!! i didnt catch their names but TRUST ME they are so nice! i know how hard it is to keep good spirits on overnight shifts so i hope they know theyre doing great!!! they even gave me an extra chicken strip 🙂

Please don’t go here. It’s run by kids that honestly do not care, this place use to be decent but it’s really inedible now. Don’t waste your money like I did on food you’re scared to eat. The pickles smelled like straight chemicals, too. They don’t answer the phone probably because it’s all complaints and now they have signs on their window regarding getting so many complaints. I wonder why.

Disappointing visit to the McDonald’s in Roscoe. We ordered ahead in the app, yet the drive-through was slow and disorganized. When we followed up politely, staff were curt and defensive, making the experience uncomfortable. Further, our drinks were the wrong size and not corrected. Clearly, this location struggles with poor management and a lack of basic customer service training.
