Since when is it sanitary to not wear gloves in kitchen . I’ve observed twice an employee (two separate employees) NOT washing hands in restroom. One of which was using paper towels to clean her vomit off the floor and than went back to work. No one in kitchen wears hair netsor gloves. Some wear a hat but not many.

Terrible customer service. Never go back again. It’s like night and day from the other McDonald’s on s West st. Manager needs to be replaced!! Out of diet coke one day. Pop dispenser broke another day. Literally waited over 25 minutes in drive thru another day and wrong order another day, all within a month. Never go to the McDonald’s on Galena st!!!!!!

Took my 3 kids to this dirty place this afternoon around 1pm. I ordered 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals, well the lady with the short hair took my order placed it on the counter and did not give us our drinks, I told her 2 large size and 2 kids size, she hands me 1 of each. I then tell her I’m still missing 1 large and 1 kid size. So she brings me the large size, walks away and I tell her I still need the other kid size, well with an attitude and rolling of her eyes and a sigh I told her don’t give me attitude when she can’t do her job. How hard is it to get the order right.

Management and customer service is beyond terrible. Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel and not only myself but about ten other counter customers waited over 25 mins for food while the drive through processed 50 cars. I’m so beyond lost how they think this is acceptable. Someone with real management skills needs to come in and help this place out or just close it all together. Late for work, food was lousy and thrown together because of obvious reasons. Then you go to get your food and it’s have a good day and come again not even a sorry on the wait (update) sat down to eat my food just to find glass shards in my steak egg and cheese bagel. Definitely going to corporate over this experience do not go here. Save yourself the time and hassle and just go to west Street

The mcdonald’s on Galena street in Freeport is far superior to the one on the other side of town. Their Vanilla latte is tasty and they hey are great people.

I ordered my food at 10:07am and got it at 10:30am . Slow very slow service and a lot of mistakes .they were so focused on drive thru they neglected the counter .
