Horrible… run. Don’t order. It would take less time if you went home and cooked it from scratch than to wait for them to present it. Absolutely no order in this mcdonalds, complete chaos- we waited 25 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches and a diet coke… understaffed and overwhelmed mcdonalds.

I’ve been coming to this mall and food court for 12 years now. I grew up around here. I’ve never had a problem until the last year or so. These teenagers working at this McDonald’s are disrespectful. And I see I’m not the only one who’s noticed the attitude problem. I think it was the same girl one other review talked about, but she slammed her hand on the counter and said “I can take you now!” Aggressively and shook her head. We weren’t even waiting one single minute. She was trying to rush my order and shoved the receipt in my face when my boyfriend had just said we don’t want one. And she just stood there with it. I’m 21 years old and if this is the kind of people the food industry, especially McDonald’s is hiring, there is no more faith in humanity. Do better. But clearly management doesn’t care.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I ordered a cheeseburger with no mustard and extra pickles and I got some black onions and some like black stuff off the grill , I’m guessing. Never again! Only 2 people working this morning, me and my daughter waited in line for 20 minutes with only 2 people in front of us. Then one of the geriatric walking club members cut in front of us and when I told him we were in line he acted like he was deaf but was able to say hi to his walking buddies. Needless to say we left and never ordered. You would think McDonald’s would have a full staff in the morning knowing the geriatric walking club takes up the whole food court.

I came around 3:06 today and the blonde girl with glasses handing out food has a serious attitude problem. When I only asked for my fries to be well done and all she does is roll her eyes and whispered something under her breath. I come here all the time and I never had an issue with anybody here. Awful service, order was wrong and was accused of ordering incorrectly. Ordered a quarter Pounder plain with no cheese. I told the cashier just the bun and burger. I opened the box and of course it has cheese. A short, skinny blonde told me I need to be more specific and was telling me I ordered with cheese. Then she asked the cashier what I ordered and he lied of course. I should have know disaster was looming as the three orders ahead of me were all wrong. Someone who ordered ice cream was given 3 big Macs, just an utter mess. As I left I asked the skinny blonde her name and she refused to give it. No name tag, just a nasty attitude for no reason. Whoever owns this mcd should pay closer attention to this store.

Food is good, but the service was worst the customers doesn’t provide the paper napkins and also condiments. Even I asked them they give me in a so rude manner, they don’t even greet people. I wish they need learn how to service customers.
