My husband and I have been eating at Eastern Chinese since they opened their restaurant at the old location at Lakewood Plaza. I know that they have always had great food and are very kind, hard working people. I also know that they will try to make it right if you are not happy with anything. They know people by name and make you feel like family not just customers. If anyone has ever experienced anything different at this restaurant then you must not have made them aware. Or maybe you were just having a bad day!

They have your basic Chinese buffet selection, nothing special but the food is decent and they seem to restock fairly often to keep it fresh. But I have to say, be prepared to do everything for yourself, right down to getting your own drinks and refills. They don’t even clear empty plates of of your table until you leave. They literally cook and take your money.

Good place. Aside from being like every other Chinese place on this side of the globe, they do offer carry out buffet. They give you a styrofoam plate and let you fill it up for a little less than $10.
