I love cheddars! One of the few chain restaurants I like. The one local to me is not as well maintained, this one was great! I had bourbon glazed salmon and the others with me had steak and chicken and shrimp Alfredo.

I recently got to go to our local Cheddar’s restaurant. We were there in the early afternoon, so it was very quiet and not crowded. We received excellent service and we were seated immediately. Our drinks and salads were brought out quickly. The main course arrived soon, it was hot and tasty. Everything was prepared well and as requested. We’re very happy with our meal and we’ll be going back.

I had a really disappointing experience at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen.
When we arrived, the host tried to seat us at a booth that was clearly dirty. The table hadn’t been wiped down, and the floor underneath was filthy. It was obvious no one had cleaned the area before trying to seat new guests there. We politely asked if we could be moved to a cleaner table.
Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the manager was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. We were told that it was “our problem” and that next time we should request a table with chairs instead of a booth. That response completely missed the point — we weren’t being picky about seating, we just didn’t want to sit at a dirty table.
Cleanliness and basic customer service should be a given at any restaurant. The way this situation was handled made us feel dismissed and unwelcome. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location.
That said Our waitress was amazing and food very delicious!

The food here is amazing!!! Everything I’ve tried here has been delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive as well. I also really like their take home bundle deals because they’re delicious, provide a lot of food and can feed the whole family for less than most other places.

I went to Cheddars with my wife on Sunday. We sat down and were immediately told they had no French fries and couldn’t sub them for onion rings. I ordered the chicken tenders and 8oz. sirloin. I ordered the sirloin medium and it came out still cold in the middle of the steak. I didn’t make a scene and said I’d just keep the chicken tenders. But boy was that a mistake as the tenders must not have been cooked. I have been hit with bad bout of food poisoning and I know it was this meal because it was the ONLY meal I ate all day. Our server was great but the food was gross. And the table still had straw wrappers and garbage on it from a previous guest. Long story short …. Eat at this terrible establishment at your own risk. ⚠️

So apparently Felicia the kitchen manager blamed me for her kitchen serving RAW meat!!!! Even after I told her the website does NOT provide the option to select RARE (not raw) or WELL DONE! Also, this meat looks really questionable like as if it’s not real meat it feels like a sponge. I am disgusted and disappointed

Visited here with the family for dinner. Surprisingly, there was no wait on a Saturday evening. I had the bourbon salmon and shrimp. Could’ve been a little hotter when it came out, but otherwise still very good. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we had no complaints. Our server was friendly and attentive and prices were very reasonable.

Typical atmosphere. Our server was very nice and attentive. The food was gross and aesthetically displeasing. It looked and tasted like hospital food. My daughter said, “The rice tastes like armpit.” I didn’t ask for clarification….Had to try it out for V-day. We won’t be returning.

Service was good. Food was great. We were there during lunchtime and it was busy. There were several large parties and our waitress was covering one of the parties and was able to take care of us. The decor was more modern and updated than the other Cheddar’s that I have been to in NC and TN. Love that the menu covers any type of food that you are in the mood for day or night. They have a lunch special section with reasonable prices. Always a good choice to dine with Cheddar’s it never disappoints.
