We had a 4family order, was parked behind another waiting customer. Got Home, 2-10pc nugget orders boxed Together ONLY 16 Nuggets & A Crumb, Sauce All on the Outside if nugget box…Ordered a Dbl Hambrgr PLAIN, git it W/Chz . What was the Purpose In having us Park just To get Order A Total Mess?!! NOT the 1st time they Messed Up, It’s Become a Common Occurrence, whether we go Inside to order, Drive thru, Mobile order, Goodness what Has happened to Pride in One’s Work?!!!

Not that I have high expectations, but when I ask for no ketchup, the order is correct on the screen, and the ticket printed says no ketchup, can my burger please have NO ketchup. This is not the first time this has happened either, but hope springs eternal. The fries are always cold, the new toys in the happy meals are lame, and why have two order boxes if you’re only going to use one. Two stars because the staff is friendly and always says hi to my kid.

Ordered a 2B with an apple fritter. Waited 17 minutes for them to finally come out with my food to tell me they completely forgot the order. Instead of making the order right, they gave me a refund. I came here 20 minutes early to grab a bite to eat and now I’m showing up to work explaining to my boss why im LATE WITH AN EMPTY STOMACH!!!!!!……….A big crane and a wrecking ball is what this restaurant needs

Unfortunately, once again, no ice cream or shakes were available which was a great disappointment for all. Then, when arriving at the pickup window, we were told that the frozen blue raspberry drink was not available either. I told the person at the pickup window that on multiple visits before, ice cream was unavailable and now frozen blue raspberry, that this is very irritating. Our order was handed to us, and the sliding window was shut quickly. No thank you for your order or explanation. I would not recommend this location and will give my business to another location.

I witnessed a worker, maybe a manager named Catherine being horrible to Dan in the drive thru window. It bothered me so bad I told her to stop talking to him like that. Dan kept apologizing to her like it was his fault. He kept saying sorry to her and explained she was frustrated. I understand but why be so mean to him? I go to that mcdonalds(butterfield) for Dan and Sumran. They keep us going back. They remember you, they check on you, always nice, no matter the time or day. Please treat your workers better. Times are tough.

My order was taken fine but there was a man after me that i felt the cashier was taking his order wrong. The customer asked for 4 coffees with 3 creams and 3 sugars on all and the cashier made him repeat it 5 times and the customer was clear about it the cashier just kept looking down which i found disrespectful just maybe if he would of paid attention he would of got it so i took it upon myself to tell the cashier what he wanted

Ordered 2 hot and spicy McChickens and two large fries. Received 2 cheeseburgers wrapped in McChicken wrappers, one large and one medium fry. Went in to have the ordered corrected, had to stand and wait at the counter while they filled a bunch of hot and spicy mcChicken orders. Finally am handed a new bag, with 2 regular mcchickens in it. After waiting that long for the wrong order twice, I just left. Never going to this McDonald’s again.

The place was busy, but the line moved pretty quick. I used the McDonald’s app and got free hash browns. My only complaint, is that the hash browns are VERY greasy. This is the case at all McDonald’s, not just this place. Be sure and grab a handful of napkins, to blot off all the grease.
