Order is always wrong. Doesn’t matter if it’s the drive thru or mobile app there is always an issue. Today one of the drive thru lines was closed off so the queue was long. When we almost got to the speaker they opened the other lane and then all the cars behind us got to go first and then there was an issue with the ordering, had to repeat my order 3 times. Waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru. Then had to pull up to the waiting queue and they STILL messed up the order.

They have kids working evening shifts, after highschool hours. Awful service. They took down the fountain machine because the kids couldn’t keep it clean. Customer service ? During my visit the shift lead kid in glasses was rude and laughed at me for asking for ketchup. I wouldn’t return here if I knew the hours he is working. Visit a local restaurant nearby in the same parking lot. There is much better service nearby by other local restaurants where kids don’t the nearby nutrition for the hungry families. I’m just trying to have something to eat after a hard day’s work. One of the kids dad and sister stayed nearby in the parking lot for his son working inside. It must not be a safe restaurant and staff retaliates on innocent visitors. I don’t know how management handles there open door policy. The kids run a muck inside this restaurant.

I love McDonald’s. Food is always amazing, in my opinion. Service is, well, it’s okay, but nothing to go raving about, and the interior while small is still very nice, especially since it’s had its makeover, amazing all in all.
