This McDonald’s has to have some of the most incompetent workers they could’ve hired. EVERYTIME I order here it’s messed up I pay for EXTRA cheese and they give me NO cheese? I ask for no spicy sauce and they give me EXTRA spicy sauce. Please for the love of god learn how to read people . Also they are EXTREMELY slow.

I placed an order not even 5 minutes before I showed up to pick up my order in the drive-through they canceled my order because they are busy. And the manager gave me three different excuses because each excuse gave me was wrong and didn’t apply to me and it made no sense. Told me it’s a corporate thing and they can’t do anything about it and held his hands up like it’s not his problem. Then what’s the manager there for anyway. I want to know why his employee canceled my order. And he told me it was basically my fault that I picked it up too late. Sorry but I showed up before it was even ready. Try again lying with somebody else. Was no help at all. Couldn’t even help me place another order Because I’m there for food anyway, right? But instead, he shoos me away Wanting me to leave. I didn’t know that’s how we treat customers now. Amazing. Ha.

The food at every McDonald’s is usually the same. But sometimes the people working are the one that make the difference! And the employees here in the morning shift are super awesome and very friendly. They make the difference!!

My experience wasn’t bad. Sadly, the FOOD WAS GROSS!
I arrived at 10:10am. I ordered 2 sausage biscuits and 2 hasbrowns. I really thought, how could they mess this up?
This drive ups employee got the money correct, and they got my food correct. For Mc Ds, this is a huge step in the right direction.
I took the first hashbrown out of the bag and unwrapped it. I could smell the grease, I looked at it, I could see, and feel the grease. Yes, I’m a fool. I took a bite anyway. ( in my defense, I was starving)
My entire mouth was lined with old grease. Nasty!
STORE, CHANGE YOUR OIL!
The biscuits were as hard as bricks.
Don’t serve old food. Keep making it fresh.
You got a bad review just because you wouldn’t change the grease.
Store owner, care more about your customers.

My thing about bad service I received here is it’s annoying and irritating when the person speaking and taking my money has a bad attitude like if you’re not happy to do the job for pay take your behind home and let someone else do it.. I hate receiving bad customer service

Fries were not fresh, i fell like mcdonalds standards are hitting records lows im yet to go to a mcdonalds and find nothing wrong. Mchicken deluxe was fresh. Fries were a disappoinment.
