One of the wraps ended up being a spicy wrap…. Don’t know how that happened since I ordered 2 ranch ones. The tag on it said Ranch too…. FFS this has to be a joke
ORIGINAL REVIEW 》》》》Ok, so normally, I don’t even bother doing good reviews for places i don’t visit often, but tonight, I’m a little agitated. I came here after work. Went through the drive-thru. When I finally got to order, I had a back and forth with the person taking my order because she didn’t understand what I was asking for apparently, someone else ended up speaking to finish my order.
I ordered
-2 Ranch Snack Wraps, Medium Fry, Medium High C, with no ice
-2 Double cheeseburgers
-2 packets of honey
-Extra salt packets for my fries
The burgers were from the “Mc Value” section. They kept trying to tell me that it wasn’t on the menu and that I was actually trying to order one of the $6 meal deals, which I was not.
I kept saying “Double Cheeseburger” and the first associate kept saying “McDouble” and I kept saying no “Double Cheeseburger, buy 1 for $3.99, get 1 for $1” on the McValue Section.
A second person came on and asked if I wanted 2 packs of nuggets…
“NO, 2 Double Cheeseburgers, Buy 1 for $3.99, get 1 for $1”. She said I asked for a “McDouble,” and that only comes in the meal deals. I said, “No, I didn’t say mcdouble, she did. I want 2 Double Cheeseburgers. ” 2nd associate said ok, The correct thing popped up on the screen and finally got to pull up.
The associate who charged me at the 1st windows was nice, very polite, and no issues.
The associate at the 2nd window had an attitude and an RBF… I get it. It’s busy and late, but there’s no reason to take it out on me.
I got my food, drink, and a bad experience, but no honey and no salt.
Whatever, I’m not waiting in line or going in to get it…. I’m kinda PO, but I’m gonna eat it anyway….
I know it’s not skin off your guys back, but I’m not coming to this location again.
The missing condiments, bland food, waiting and going back&forth just to order, isnt worth my money or my time.
I hope you guys get it together and have a better night.

Placed my order at 9:06pm
Paid at 9:19pm
I received my order at 9:22pm
When I went in to correct, I was second in line and after 12 minutes I gave up as they were not going up to the register at all to deal with or address concerns. I tried to submit a complaint through their app and with all the required fields, it failed 5 times resetting because it didn’t accept the info or I looked at the receipt so it reset. It’s intentionally circuitous to avoid addressing or dealing with anything.
