We arrived between 5 and 6 pm using the drive thru window. This location has improved since my last visit by having everything we ordered. We could hear the employees playing in the back ground which destracted the ordering process. The food was cold and not as satisfying as desired when trying something new on the Taco Bell menu. The staff member was multitasking as if no one else was assisting.

It was really dirty, alot of the tables looked gross, not cleaned. The floors were sticky whenever you walked. The staff looked like they didn’t care about the place. The soda machine was empty on some options. The tea was expired with a date and time well over 3 hours. The employees have attitude, and messed up our orders.

Visited this Taco Bell which also has a KFC combined with it. The service by the staff has never been really good and it seems you have to wait quite a while to get your order, even when it is not busy. I would honestly visit one of the other Taco Bell locations before going to this one.

10:20 on a Thursday and they refuse to answer their intercom. This place has become hot garbage. The Taco Bells in Jonesboro are all trash. Whomever bought them off the Fowlers really dropped the ball. Looking forward to them closing permanently.

Everyone that works there is so very friendly and welcoming. And was patient with us as we were trying to figure out what we wanted. And told us to have a great day as we were leaving. Definitely going back there!! Absolutely love the place and very thankful for such a welcoming atmosphere ❤️!!

The employees are actually nice more often than most other fast food places in town. My orders have never been missing items, had wrong items, or any other issue. I’ve also never tried to eat at this location and been met with “we can’t take orders anymore tonight” 20 minutes before closing like other places in town.
