Chopt is FANTASTIC.
I love coming here – as the food is great, service is friendly and prompt, atmosphere is bright and clean, and the meal is filling, delicious and FRESH.
Plenty of unique options for bases, proteins, and toping- from cauliflower rice to egg whites and the best tasting grape tomatoes.
You can have a salad, warm plate, or a wrap.
The portions are generous, calories are not too high, and ability to get A LOT of grams of protein is easy.
Prices are reasonable, though can get high if you go crazy with the create-your-own option (which I often do..)
Staff always wears a smile. Plenty of parking.
Bathrooms are clean, and a good amount of comfortable seating inside (and outside).
Their app is intuitive and has a rewards program.

Great experience overall. The food was delicious and came out quickly, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I believe Rebecca was the manager running the shift, and she clearly had great control of the staff, and you could tell because everything ran smoothly and efficiently. The atmosphere was welcoming, and we really enjoyed our visit. Would definitely come back.

Kristen’s service was fantastic. The carrot miso dressing was just as good. It was a great day for all things orange as I decided to get sweet potato on my salad as well (which was a first). They just need to bring in roasted sunflower seeds

Had to leave a 5 star review after experiencing the best customer service tonight. Went to chopt on 10/16 in the evening around 6:30PM and the staff working were so nice and upbeat it was genuinely refreshing. The manager working (young man) went out of his way to make sure my partner and I got the salad we wanted. Providing his personal favorite combos and even letting me sample a dressing. These days you really don’t see people in customer service genuinely happy to interact with customers but the young man made it a priority. I frequent the mt laurel chopt location but will surely be making the newton location my first choice.

Ordered take out through a third party service, and I got nothing close to what I ordered. Not only did I have to dig through my salad to see any toppings at all, but it was missing the two things I paid extra for. Extra dressing and chicken. Really sad because it was my first time ordering from here and it was highly recommended to me. The manager kindly refunded me for my meal, but I won’t be refunded for the third party fees.

Just went to chopt for the first time, and what a great experience it was! Never seeing the menu before, I asked for help on what to choose, Aden filled me in on the best things to get here, gave his suggestions, and made sure to make sure it was everything to my expectations. Wanted to write a review to show my appreciation for not only the chopt staff for being hard working, but also to Aden for making the best salad i’ve had in 10 years!

I ordered the Greek Salad. Mobile order and curbside pickup was smooth and easy. The salad is ok. Gets the job done, but nothing special. Barely any chicken, didn’t taste super fresh, cost $13. The bread it came with was a half piece of stale sourdough.
