Bahama Buck’s in Frisco is a hidden gem—small but always bustling with activity. It offers a wide variety of flavors, from smoothies to snow cones—you name it, they have it. It’s a favorite spot for kids and a perfect summer go-to for all ages. The place gets super busy, especially in the evenings, so be prepared for a bit of a wait. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating, and takeout orders are handled simultaneously. If you’re heading there, make sure to plan your time accordingly. A fun and flavorful treat destination for the whole family!

I’m not exactly sure who owns this place, but this would be a much better little spot if the wait time was not always ridiculously long. Additionally, not sure who is training but there is little to no consistency when ordering various items on the menu…Just depends who makes it that day. And the worst is getting a sno and halfway through all your eating is ice as the syrup is mainly on the bottom and very top. Great potential but they are chronically understaffed which hurts the overall experience. I’m sure this also reduces the overall profit this place could be making. Customer service has gotten much better.

This place is so unprofessional. I will never attend again! I wanted to take my kids somewhere after they got out of school. When I first walked in I seen a young lady with a headset by the door talking to her friend, ok cool. I placed my order, the other young lady had smiles and serviced me. We sat and waited for our orders, a number of teenagers walked, over hearing the conversation, it was more of their friends from high school walked in. Although we ordered first, they served their friends first and then “forgot” to even make our order. Should we also talk about the image attached? That is what we do in an establishment where we work?
Also no manager or adult in sight.
Also my husband left a review and who ever the owner is/replier your disrespectful and confused him with a group of adolescents when he is a grown man. So how about we pull up the security video from the day I visited?!? 10/30/2025

If I could give -10 star review I would. I have never been so annoyed with a Bahama Bucks location before. I have never dealt with issues at another Bahama Bucks before; only at the Frisco location which happens to be around the corner from my house.
Over the last month, and about 15+ trips to the Frisco location I have constantly had to repeat my order, and then when I get to the window to pick it up, it is completely wrong. This is beyond ridiculous.
Last night, 7/29, my daughter went to get 3 Bahama Bucks (2 Avalanches, 1 small) for us and one of her friends. She repeated the order multiple times and when she got to the window every single one of them was incorrect. When she had them remake them, they were still wrong. By the 3rd time, 2 of the drinks were still wrong. How hard it is to put shaved ice, juice and whatever else into a cup? 2 of the Avalanche cups were not even filled correctly. When she had got home, which is around the corner, they had settled in the cup and were half filled. Why? Because there is so much air/space in the cup because they are not packing the ice properly. I paid $30+ for 3 drinks that could have all fit into 1 Avalanche. This is complete Robbery. How is this okay?
The fact that you have 5+ teenagers ‘working’ in there at once, and all they are doing is talking and laughing and just standing around as if it was social hour is absolutely ridiculous. Why is there not an adult supervising them? Why would you think that these kids are going to work and do their job? And then when you hand something back to them to fix, they look annoyed. Why? Because they know they screwed up again, or because they have to stop conversating and actually do their job?
At this point it is worth driving 30 + minutes to go to another location, rather than sitting at the Frisco location for 45 minutes trying to get my correct order.

This bahama bucks is hidden and it’s hidden for a good reason. I wish I was joking when I say this but we waited in line for literally an hour for 2 snocones … when we got to the window, she didn’t even apologize for the wait. It wasn’t until the girl who had just started her shift, apologized and asked what we were waiting for. The girls working (not the one that had just started her shift) were all very nonchalant and moving VERY slow. On top of that, there was another machine that they weren’t using. I can understand if it wasn’t working but it would’ve been nice for someone to come out in the drive thru to let us know that one of the machines is down so the wait is going to be longer. I’ll never return to this Bahama Bucks again. Bunch of children running it. Oh & when I got my snocone it was white in the middle the cherry on top of this whole experience.

Visited this location on a Saturday when it was 93 and sunny. The staff was very friendly when taking our order outside on the curb. The wait time was 10-15 minutes in the drive thru. I ordered the blue coconut and it was perfectly made. My husband had a different experience his tiger Piccadilly I think that’s what it was called was not so great according to him he said it was too sour for his stomach and threw it out halfway. I do recommend to cut up the pickle into bite size’s and mix it up with the shaved ice instead of large slices of pickles.

Stephanie did a great job prepping our shaved ice and was super friendly. Amazing customer service from her and the other girls working there were nice as well. My 2nd time visiting Dallas and 1st time visiting here & I’m very impressed. I will most certainly be a returning customer when I visit again! Thank you so much Stephanie for your kindness 🙂
