All the fountain drinks were flat. The tea smelled and tasted sour. A few dirty tables but when we came in no one was dining in. On a day road trip with hubby and sorry i stopped at this McDonald’s. Only thing that saved them was staff was nice. But on flip side no one offered to change out carbon on fountain drinks or take and make new tea.

I came here on august, 19 around 9:50 p.m. I went through the drive-thru. The young black man cashier was nice, but when I went to the first window I had to wait for the fries to get ready. When I received my order I drove off and realized, that they didn’t put my barbecue sauce in my bag for nuggets that I ordered. So I had to go through the drive-thru and wait in that long line again for barbecue sauce, when i made it to the first window and ask for barbecue sauce the hispanic woman had the worse attitude towards me, and rolled her eyes and didn’t spea, because i asked for barbecue sauce. I won’t come back to this location anymore

I did a mobile order and used points I collected to pay. When I arrived at this Wheaton store, they had no record of my order even though I had a receipt. They also would not correct the problem. I think the system or this location tricks customers. 2nd time it happened there. Won’t be ordering again.

When I came into the drive thru to order my god given right of a hash brown, the worker said there were none, fair, i asked at what time do u serve them? he said breakfast hours….duh, I said WHAT TIME? he said, at 4am when we open OBVIOUSLY, HOW WAS I MEANT TO KNOW BRUH. then he started mocking my accent and just closed the store on us. This McDonald’s is hit or miss. It all depends on the manager working. Half the time they have great service and half the time they have poor service. The quarter pounder with cheese has never been served to me fresh off the grill as promised. It’s always dry. The beverages are always good. The fries are excellent.
