Ok, Let me start out as this McDonald’s cooks everything perfectly and for the most part, they do everything right…. except for mcflurries. I always ask for hot fudge in my M&M Mcflurries and three times, I didn’t get hot fudge. Normally it honestly isn’t a big deal but I paid 30 cents everytime so I’m pretty much paying and extra 30 cents for nothing. Other than this, I never have any other problems and I still recommend this location. Just be careful when adding stuff sweet treats

Today I stopped by to get something quick. When i was about to eat, I noticed there was eggshells in my food. I ordered an iced Carmel macchiato … it taste like the solution they clean it with every few hours. I’m highly disappointed with today’s experience.

McDonald’s Employees hit my car and caused damage when they were leaving after their shift. The employee was upset because he broke his cellphone, therefore he flung his front passenger door open and struck my car. The employees almost left without saying anything, but I was sitting in my car during the incident. The employees tried lying saying he did not cause the damage and was dismissive. The employees involved during the incident were extremely rude. I attempted to file a complaint with the on-duty Manager, but she refused to accept/file a complaint. Instead the irate Manager attempted to protect the employees and said her employees did not cause damage. I am glad there are McDonald’s parking lot cameras that captured the incident. The incident was reported to Police.

The restaurant was also not clean when I was inside. There was spilled liquids near the drink dispenser.

Hopefully McDonald’s corporate looks into this incident to prevent a similar situation from occurring again in the future between a McDonald’s customer and McDonald’s employees.

Today, I accidentally selected over the counter instead of drive thru on mobile app. I pull up, give my order number, and realized I made the mistake of selecting over the counter pick up and not drive thru. I apologized and asked the employee if they could change and hand me via drive thru. She rudely said if it says over the counter then that what you have to do. I pulled off and left my order. I was unable to leave my vehicle which is why I did not got inside. I tried to cancel, but it was too late. I never picked up my order, so I don’t have a receipt, just the order detail from the app. It was a mistake that I selected the wrong option and it was no need for her to have been so rude. If that’s your policy, then that’s your policy. But the attitude and rudeness was uncalled for, especially when I didn’t have one with her. I would like a refund for my order and have reached out to corporate. Thank you

My name is Issam Smeir. Today I attempted to use my reward points after receiving a notification from the app that they were about to expire. I followed the check-in process, and the system successfully accepted and deducted my points.

However, the manager on duty refused to honor the points, despite the system clearly processing them. When I asked him to return the points since they were not honored, he said that was not possible either. As a result, I lost 12,000 points with no benefit received.

The manager, whose name is Carlos, was unprofessional throughout the interaction. While I understand that it was Christmas Eve and it can be a stressful day, that does not justify poor customer service or penalizing a customer for using a system your company provides.

I ordered a Plain Fish meal with no salt on the fries; my to be with a mouth full of salt. When I complained and requested the meal be completely remade, tbe manager on duty purposefully gave me a fish sandwich with cheese and extra tartar sauce and wouldn’t even speak to me. I visited McDonald’s for a quick breakfast. To my dismay, the food arrived cold. I didn’t even receive my syrup for the pancakes or utensils. This is my second time at this location, and I won’t be returning.
