This is beyond ridiculous. I asked for fresh food. I also ordered specifically a filet o fish with extra cheese plus pickle, it was not fresh. They literally gave me an old filet O fish and slapped more cheese on it. This is so unacceptable.

My experience at this McDonald’s has been consistently disappointing. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired, and mistakes with orders happen far too often.

On one occasion, they sold me a hamburger without the meat — yes, without the meat. Today, my husband was the one who picked up our order, and once again there were problems: he was given water instead of lemonade, and we ordered a lemonade mixed with sweet tea but received only sweet tea.

It’s very frustrating to get home after a long, exhausting day at work, ready to eat, and then realize your order is wrong. Most of the time you’re too tired to go back and fix it, so it just feels like throwing your money in the trash.

Because of these repeated issues, I will not be returning to this location. I truly hope they improve their quality control and customer service, because situations like this should not be so common.

I have been going to this McDonalds for like 10 years at this point, and I this is by far the worst service I have ever gotten. Things have gone down in the past around 6 months, and it’s not a one off thing. two times before I have had to leave because I sat at the drive through window for 10 minutes without anyone greeting me or asking what I’d like. Then they mumble into the microphone so that I can barely hear what they are saying. Today, I saw it through the entire process. I waited in line for 10 minutes at the drive through despite being one of two cars there, and I placed my order and then when I got to the window, the individual didn’t greet me or tell me how much I owed, she just reached out for my card. I said thanks, and she didn’t respond. at the 2nd window, the individual asked me to pull into the curb side pick up window, which is not an issue, I get it sometimes it takes a little while to make the food, and I do appreciate getting it fresh. The woman who brought the food out was nice and courteous, and greeted me when she gave me the food, however they had gotten the order wrong! I had ordered a double quarter pounder and received a quarter pounder. I get it, I have worked bad jobs before so I understand not putting in the effort but I just have never seen the quality of service so poor at this location. Management either needs to reevaluate the way they treat their employees so that they can provide them with everything they need to execute a good job, or they need to clean house and incentives new employees that will do a better job than this because this genuinely was the worst service I have ever seen at this location in over 10 years. I don’t normally write reviews, only on special occasion when I am really wow’d by service in either a positive or negative manner, and this time it was negative.

As someone who’s part of the Latin community, I genuinely don’t understand why you’d show up to work with an attitude and decide customers are the problem. I pulled up to the drive-through, and this man a fully grown Hispanic man started with the usual intro and then immediately switched to being rude. I placed my order, and he stopped me just to let me know I was “weird” for talking to myself: “Do you know you’re talking to yourself? You’re literally talking to yourself.” Sweetie… you clearly heard me, since you’re responding to me, but okay.
I ordered two McDoubles, two McChickens, two large fries, and a $5 meal. Very simple. Very clear. Apparently not, because every time I repeated myself, something new magically appeared on the screen. But whatever I decided to take my chances and pull up to the window.
At the window, I repeated my order again, only to be asked, “What even is that? What’s a McDouble?” Now I’m confused, because I don’t work here but you do and it’s literally on the menu. At that point, he honestly made my day, because I’ve never seen someone struggle so hard with their own job.
I genuinely thought he might be on something based on the way he was acting, which, I won’t lie, was kind of hilarious. Overall, not a great experience, but I do hope he recovers from whatever substance he was on and that God blesses him today because clearly, he needs it.

Employees working drive through were friendly and fast. The fries however were terrible. Waaaaaay too salty, they tasted like they were soaked in salt. The quarter pounder i ordered was ok.it could have been hotter. I was literally just a few minutes from home and the food was barely warm. The price i think is a little too high.

Two ladies working drive-thru at around 10:30 PM on 12/30/25 were wonderful. Especially the girl taking orders. Didn’t get to grab her name but she is wonderful. Order was correct and was in and out very quickly. Shoutout to the girl taking orders. You’re doing great!

November 16, 2025. 8 pm. I walked in to pick up Dash order. I said “Hi, I’m picking up order for …” Cold faced girl working in the front replied I’m preparing it. And I waited for like 15 minutes, stood there patiently. She didn’t even look. After waiting for a while the guy with headset noticed me and asked the girl if my order was ready. Yes it was. It had been sitting in the kitchen for a long time. She never notified me. She handed me the order with cold mad face like I owe her money. She didn’t even say sorry. Wasted my time during the busy hour and got my customer waiting for her food. She must me removed from this position.

Terrible experience with the third-shift manager ( Terra) at this McDonald’s. My order for two McDouble meals took over 35 minutes, and when I finally got my food, it was cold. On top of that, the manager overcharged me for a McDouble meal that clearly shows as $5 on the app. The code was scanned and received on their end, yet she still charged me full price. When I brought it up, the manager was rude and dismissive instead of fixing the issue. I even had to drive back halfway home just for them to correct my order. Completely unacceptable service.

Doesn’t matter what time day or night the person handing off the food always is so dang pleasant! Never had an issue with any of the food temperature, quality or missing items! Your one of the best around.
