I ordered 1 thing. The new cheesy jalapeno suasage mcmuffin with egg. Advertised with a real egg but mine had the fake egg from the mcgriddle. Almost 10 dollars for fake egg is insane. Gone are the days of affordable fast food. Cheaper and healthier just to make it yourself at home now days.

I ordered from the kiosk tonight (8/13/23) and took a number and typed the number in and put it on the table and did not bring it to me. I have a disability too. I had to get up and get the order myself. Don’t have numbers to put on the table if no one is going to bring the food to the customers. That’s the worst service I got.

This place changed for the worse. The service is horrible. The interior is austere. They allow indigent people to hang out in the back by the bathrooms. I dined in and my food took long to get due to them servicing the drive through.

Mcchicken was made fresh, but took over 10 minutes with only 2 people at the dining room register in front of me. Incidentally there were 7 cars or so in the drive-through. They have remodeled the dining room into a very sterile and artless, uninviting atmosphere and have reduced the counter space at the register by over half with nothing but a blank wall to replace it.. completely cutting the customer off from viewing the kitchen or the going’s on behind the counter. The worst part about this restaurant is they claim to be doing updates in the late hours say.. about 2:45 to 3:30 am, though this location advertises 24hr. service. They leave the golden arches on and let car after car come through their drive-through disappointed. This Bear Family Restaurant has become a bear to be sure.
