59 South Waukegan is by far the nicest McDonald’s I have ever been to! The staff was nice and professional. The whole atmosphere was just elegant and so clean!!! It is hard to believe as a fast food restaurant, but it is! Look at my pictures! Very well organized. Service was top notch. Thank you, Juanita! I was so impressed. Food was tasty and freshly made.

Efficient McDonald’s. Two lines, and we move through rapidly. I chose this McDonald’s on this day because they have huge, beautiful trees that shade some of the parking lot. I could be wrong, but it seem like the fillet of fish is smaller than it used to be.

This is a beautifully run and wonderfully managed McDonald’s. The staff are kind and considerate, very quick, and keep the place clean. As far as McDonald’s go this is a great option to visit. The inside has a small (two tables) play place for the kids and the seating is ample in the main area.

This McDonald’s is the pinnacle of McDonald’s service. They are always lightening fast and accurate, and the food is nearly always perfect. This location renovated to prioritize drive-thru, but the inside experience has always been bright and clean, with easy ordering and fast service.

This place is a joke! If I could give zero stars I would! I went through the drive thru. First let me say I was ignored ( there are 2 lanes). I finally placed my order, paid and drove up to the second window where the employee dropped the bag on the ground. He coped an attitude because he had to come outside and pick up the bag. He than coped and attitude when I asked for a 2nd bag. He than proceeded to pull out the first bag out of the garbage to show me that he replaced the bag. He than proceeded to hand me my food WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS! When I said something, his manager defended the lazy kid

Drive further to go to a different McDonald’s. This one is consistently bad we are 0 for two there. My daughter loves McDonald’s french fries and wouldn’t even eat them this time. They were white and barely cooked at all. They also didn’t give us a toy in the happy meal and Charged us $2.50 to upgrade to a kiddie shake. That’s more expensive than if we bought it outside of the happy meal…pretty sure that’s illegal. Not worth heading back there to get my $10 back, but Im happy to write a review. We tossed the meal and ended up making something at home. My five year old daughter said she never wants to go to McDonald’s again and I had to tell her they’re not all that bad. Although, maybe I shouldn’t have. The national should shut this one down.

I ordered breakfast and they took way too long. They told me park to wait on my food. 15 mins after waiting I got my refund. Do better please at this location. Order was a simple breakfast sandwich and hash brown. I’m black too maybe that’s why.

It has a dedicated kids play area.. surprisingly the drink fountain is inside the kitchen so you don’t get to fill your own drink..
