I’d like to start by saying, I don’t know about all the negative reviews, but I’ve been going to this location for 6 months and the food has always tasted good. I’m from Houston, Tx and it tastes better out here! All my food was warm and delicious! Just went there again today and I have to say, it’s nice when they refer to you by your name! Keep up the good job to the whole crew!

Worst McDonald’s ever! Took 23 minutes to receive my food. They were supposed to bring it to the table but no one ever showed up so we went to the counter to see if they forgot. Nothing there. They just ignored us. We asked for help. They looked at us and looked away. Eventually, we got our food and it was burnt, cold, and inedible. We talked to the manager, and she did absolutely nothing. She didn’t care. I will never eat here again. The gas station across the street is better

One of the worst McDonalds ever ! We should have walked out when we heard a customer complaining that she had waited for her chicken wrap for over 10 min in the drive through waiting area, and the checkout guy says oh yeah, we forgot here it is. But, alas we had already ordered.
Once our food was delivered to our table without any napkins, straws, condiments and one of our drinks and an ice cream we ordered. we asked the guy if he could get them and we were totally ignored, so I had to go ask at the checkout but was completely ignored again by same individual who proceeded to have a conversation with two local teens, just laughing and tucking it up. I gave up after a few minutes and my husband had to go and ask another lady.
As we were leaving I once again went to the counter to get my forgotten ice cream and the young lady making it literally stuck her dirty bandaged finger into the cone, we both could see the ice cream dripping off her bandage and she just looked at it and handed me the cone. I immediately asked to see the manager who did make me a new cone, and apologized but how gross . The whole place had a dirty uncared for vibe and the staff besides the manager and one young lady could care less and it showed.

Incompetent employees. The cashier had to keep asking the supervisor to come help because someone either gave her the correct amount of the order, or the correct change with a larger bill for the order, or a $100 bill for the order. She had never seen a $100 before and thought it was funny money. Not to mention, but she gave the customer the “Gen Z” Stare!
The food was old and cold!

I’ll start by saying that McDonald’s isn’t at the top or middle of my “Fast Food list” . But this is Definitely one of the BEST ONES I’ve been too. The inside was super nice. Had light up tables that changed colors as you touch it. Also the playground. WOW! You gotta see it! Even fun for adults. Ha!

Never going back. I don’t care if I’m starving. The half of the food we got right was cold..all of it. Then we had to stand in line for another 10 minutes to get the half of our order they didn’t give us. Several employees just bumping around not doing anything. Absolutely no interaction with any customers. Several folks before and after we arrived also had incorrect orders. To top it off, an apparent “manager” took a personal phone call and strolled through the crowd of people needing assistance and sat in his car which he had parked in 2 spaces at once. I actually felt sorry the employees as they clearly had no direction. Never! Never again.
