The service and especially the customer service is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Waited over an hr and they couldn’t manage to get an order of fries and three pies to me and then an employee had the gull to get smart with me when I asked about the order. Until something changes I will not go back to this dump!

The workers move in slow motion. No efficiency or sense of urgency at all. This is supposed to be fast food but they take five minutes to bag up a DoorDash order and completely ignore the in-store customers waiting for their food. So bad!

Complete waste of time. Stopped for a quick bite while passing through. The drive through had a long line so I went inside. Huge mistake Ended up waiting for 40 mins for two combo meals. An older lady working around the restaurant was tidying up the ketchup on the pick counter was asked by a man if he could have some ranch and she threw her hands up and said “I’m not even supposed to be here” and to ask someone else. No apology or compensation was made when I had to wait another 10 because my order was made incorrectly. Best advice I can give is keep driving.

We were in drive thru for an hour and we ordered our food on the app when we got to the window she asked for our receipt because she couldn’t find our order. Worst service and it seems like it is getting worse and worse every time we go!

McDonalds used to be efficient. Now you’re waiting an hour in line to even be helped. Ordered my food 30 minutes prior to getting there on the app. Was waiting in line in a not busy period for 30 minutes. Ended up having to leave and they wouldn’t give me a refund for my order. Would Give 0 stars if I could.

This is the worst McDonald’s in America. We pulled up to the drive thru and we’re soon being waved by an employee to close the 2 foot gap between the car in front of me and myself. He is trying to make enough room for a semi to leave but the 2 lines for the drive thru are very backed up and once your in line there is no getting out. Next there are 4 other employees also trying to direct traffic. They then start having employees come out and try to move there personal vehicles out of the way but they are all blocked by the drive thru line. We were stuck in line for 45 minutes and once we finally got the window we had to pull to the side to wait another 10 minutes. They also forgot to throw in the dipping sauce. They just thought they could speed things up by having everyone move closer rather than just get inside and make the food to make the line move.
