Apparently you aren’t allowed a side of mac sauce? literally just one scoop into a container, easy peasy, no. they made us pay for an entire big mac just to get the sauce. I’m allergic to wheat and I got buns galore soaked in mac sauce, there was barely any sauce to scrape off. this was not my first negative experience with this business and I feel people with dietary restrictions deserve more respect than this.
Also, the only page on Mcdonalds website that’s under maintenance, is the CUSTOMER FEEDBACK page. so NO I CAN’T “use this link to share details”

Went through the drive thru, went to the first window and it was not being manned. Moved to the next window thinking they had only one window running for breakfast hours.
Get there with a guy greeting me exclaiming how I missed the first window. Tried to explain there was no one there so I thought it was closed and they were only doing one window at the time. Got told abruptly that he was helping others and they are short staffed. (Short staffed while they had 3 ladies just standing around).
Paid for my food and was not provided a receipt. I asked for the receipt and as he started turning g to get it, he turned back and said the receipts are broken right now.
I admit, I screwed up and should have waited a bit longer get at the first window. But that is no excuse for anyone to be rude to a customer.
Also, while having fun at work is a good thing, having a Mcdonalds sticker dead center on your forehead is a bit much.

They are so slow it would be faster to drive 20 miles to my home and cook real food. I started this review while waiting in the drive up line, (I had lots of time to write it) but by the time I got my order the burgers were cold and the fries were cold and gummy. This location has been going downhill for a while, I recommend going anywhere else, especially if you’re in a hurry. Beaver Creek Perk is faster, cooked fresh and the coffee is exponentially better.

I walked in around 12:05 PM during the lunch rush and was first in line at the counter, ready to order. Within minutes, a line formed behind me and people started murmuring about how long we’d been standing there.
The manager, an older lady in a gray overcoat with a permanent scowl on her face, looked over at us at least ten times. Finally, she asked one of her coworkers, “Are you just not taking new orders?” The reply: “No, we’re trying to get caught up.”
Meanwhile, drive-through orders kept rolling in and getting filled like clockwork. The “manager” kept glancing our way while avoiding eye contact, clearly aware of how bad it looked. Several people were waiting to speak with staff about missing items, mainly drink cups, and eventually just grabbed the cups themselves or had to shout to get someone’s attention.
The lady behind me and I even joked that we could probably leave, go through the drive-through, and get served faster, and I think she actually did.
After nearly 20 minutes, I was the only one still standing in line. A worker who clearly wasn’t a regular cashier finally stepped up to take my order around 12:25 PM, and honestly, he was the only bright spot in the whole experience. Our order number was 248, and table placard 39.
Then came another 20-minute wait for food. Our order finally came out around 12:45 PM. Forty minutes for fast food. If I wanted to wait that long for lunch, I’d go to a steakhouse.
The problem here is obvious. Only the drive-through gets attention because it’s timed and tracked by corporate. Walk-in guests are an afterthought. There’s no timer for us, no accountability, just a long wait and a “manager” pretending not to see it.
If McDonald’s didn’t have a monopoly on fast food in Havre, I wouldn’t set foot in this one again.

I went to the drive thru on October 9th 2024 and had a big order of 6 Double Quarter pounders with cheese and 6 medium sized french Fries. Service wasn’t bad nor great just average. The Burgers were put together really sloppy. But the worst part is I was eating the Burger and almost done with it and looked at it and noticed the meat was undercooked and red. Also my fries had red spots on them that looked like blood. I would not recommend this location at all.

This is bad. Spent 20 minutes in the drive through line. Ordered on the mobile app. When we got to the window, the employee didn’t say anything – just started passing things out almost tossing the bag.
The snack wraps were drenched in sauce, covering the tortilla and wrapper.
Fries were fresh.
Definitely not going back.

My first mistake was ordering food on the app. I chose curbside pickup and when i got there the app told me no lane selected and directed me to the inside counter or drive thru. I tried the counter first and after waiting a few minutes and watching at least 6 different employees pass by the counter without saying a word, I tried my luck at the drive thru. There i gave my order number for the person operating the drive thru to tell me the order number doesn’t work. I offered to read what was on the order and suddenly they found the order and directed me to a curbside lane. when the food arrived i could see one of the drinks was basically water with a splash of fountain drink flavoring (more than one option was marked unavailable on the app already, I guess the app that restocks their materials must be down as often as the ice cream machine lol) so i dumped it and called it good enough. If this was the first time something like this had happened, I wouldn’t be taking the time to leave a review. By my count it’s been the last 6 times I’ve attempted to patronize this establishment that there has been some issue. I don’t know if its mismanagement or over-reliance on the mobile app to do all the work for them but customer service has become borderline non-existent and the staff has become borderline hostile. I suppose they can get away with it though because, hey, it’s not like there are other options in town. Havre MT McDonald’s, where you can expect nothing and still be disappointed. Proactively filling out the survey that the owner links every other review to, hopefully saving them the time of replying so they can spend it ordering much needed restock 🙂

I went through the drive through tonight and asked for 2 grinch meals for my husband and I. I was then told they were out okay that’s fine and dandy then I get my food and they forget my fries so then had to go inside and get them. I walk in and they are handing out the grinch boxes in side. My question is why isn’t drive through getting the privilege to get the grinch boxes like everyone else.

Store could be a lot more quicker and better at getting orders done correctly the first time if the employees weren’t spending there shift standing around doing nothing and pushing all responsibilities on a couple employees! Only way to run a successful business is to have a strong team besides you, better communication skills and team work!

Food is never correct, why offer drinks that they cant give you. The berry blast has cream on top ive seen them give it out then I go the next day and ask for one and they say they dont put cream on it cause it explodes. Why not train your staff how to properly pour it so this doesn’t happen
