I ordered an oreo shamrock McFlurry and the first one they made wasn’t mixed, all of the mint syrup was puddled on top. They were quite busy so I assume it was because of the rush. When I asked them if they could mix it more they told me they couldn’t and tried to give it back to me, but when I asked for a replacement or refund they didn’t hesitate to make a new one. Let me tell you, I’m glad they did! They are delicious! I appreciate their willingness to correct my order. 5 stars for service!

If you want fast food and going to the drive though. Go somewhere else. I paid, got to the second window yes given my drink and told to go park in mobile order spot just so they can keep their window time down. I wanted for 25 mins for my food and the only thing that was semi warm was one of my burgers. This stuff is getting old. This is the 4th time it has happened.

Their system is down so they couldn’t provide a receipt. They did not tell me this prior to ordering nor when I paid. The lady at the first window was nice but the lady at the second window was beyond unprofessional and mocked me with the window wide open, saying “receipt receipt receipt sorry!” And then slamming the window shut. Horrible way to conduct business and upon complaining, the manager refused to hear anything I was saying and rushed me. I come here multiple times a week while in town for work and will definitely be reconsidering after tonight. Do better.

I’ve never in my life been so disrespected buy a “shift supervisor”. Nor have I ever been made to feel like I was in the wrong like I was just trying to get a free meal out of an establishment. An honest mistake by either me or the workers, it didn’t matter who I just needed the food I ordered, but was willing to pay for whatever I needed to pay for but the fact that I was made to feel like a piece of crap, then when I called to ask to talk to the manager I got freaked out on told that she’s the only manager and she hung up on me. This was after the lady was trying to have me pay 14 dollars for three double cheeseburgers. I’m not sure what the girl’s name was but I know the guy I talked to today named Alberto was super friendly respectful and tried to comp my meal. I declined however because I don’t need the free mail I went there for good service and food. I will more then likely never go back to this McDonald’s and I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT recommend anyone does. At least not until the girl who should not be in the customer service industry isn’t working there anymore. I could not imagine if one of my children had gone in there and had been disrespected the way I had or even my mother!! She was willing to treat me the way she did I wonder how many other people she’s treated that way.

This was a major disappointment. I simply asked for them to remake a burger because it wasn’t what I ordered and they had a huge attitude about it. The bathrooms were dirty. The people were rude and lazy. There was trash in the parking lot. I don’t recommend this place.

I recently visited the McDonald’s in Sidney, MT, and I must say, it was quite a decent experience. The food was okay, nothing exceptional, but did satisfy the hunger. What stood out was the cleanliness of the place. It was well-maintained and organized, which made the dining experience more comfortable. Overall, I’d give it a solid four stars. It’s a nice spot for a quick bite when you’re in the area.

Ordered fries and could just taste the warmer it was sitting in, they were warm but stale and it’s been this way for awhile now, come on how hard is it to put some fries in a fryer for like 3 minutes, but the service was great, and the manager at the front window was super cool

Ordered online @ 5:38. Arrived 5:42 asked to wait. Moved to space I was told to go. Waited 20 plus minutes. Went inside to inquire. At first the employees ignored me. Finally got someone to ask me what I needed.
