Service was fast and friendly. I haven’t been to Popeyes enough to know what all they had for sides but the woman at the counter was friendly, patient and helpful. The restaurant even on a busy street was quite clean. Food was good one kid thought it was better then chick fila and would be a 10/10 if they had onion rings like the Canada location did we stopped at months ago

Pretty damn good I’ve had everything on the menu I personally love a spicy bone and chicken with honey, mustard, red beans, and rice with Cajun sparkle and then a frozen mango lemonade. That is my perfect meal and if I wanna decide, I usually get their mac & cheese.

This location is extremely inconsistent, both in food quality and service. They messed up my order AGAIN, and I didn’t notice until I got home and it’s too far to just go back. I ordered 5 piece tenders and they gave me 3 piece white meat signature chicken. They also forgot my apple pies. They always have me waiting a while just to have my order messed up. It’s problems like this that cause me to stop going to a franchise altogether and I’m getting tired of it.

Went with my grandson. Ordered at the kiosk. I put I want to pay at cashier. So I went to cashier and showed my receipt so I can pay she gives me the cups for the drinks. Do I figure ok I pay when my order is done. After waiting and waiting asking about my order. Manager says well you didn’t pay yet. So I tell her I walked up to the cashier a bit ago showing my receipt so I can pay and she gave me the cups… my order never got put in. It does when you pay. But tried to so then I say you know what I will pick for my drinks this is ridiculous. They are all standing there with no guidance. Over 6$ for 2 medium drinks. Ridiculous price. Never will my family or I go there again. I know they just opened a few weeks ago but this is unacceptable. This is the 28 and Burlingame one. With service like that they definitely won’t be open long unless they get it together there.

I have never been here in person before, but I have ordered delivery and whenever I call, the staff are so accommodating and nice. I again called just now at 9:04pm, June 17, 2025 and the young man who answered the phone was attentive and mannerly. And yes, I have to make a big deal of it because usually fast food workers are kinda mean (even though I understand why to be honest). So yh.. thanks Popeyes.

There was just us in the line waiting to order food. There’s 4-5 employees and NONE of them were at the counter. They are only serving drive-thru without a care about us waiting in line. And after ordering… we had ask them multiple times for the food and finally got it after 30 minutes.

This *WAS* my go to location as I live down the road but I don’t know if I’ll be returning. This is now the third time I’ve specifically asked for sauces just to be given no suaves at all. And ok top of that I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru for my food. Unacceptable. You should be able to put sauces in a bag especially when they’re directly asked for.

The popeyes I’m familiar with on 28th St is at Burton so all these complaints must be from a location other than 28th/ Burton. Since the Alpine location being the worst popeyes we’ve ever been to in my life, we will drive the extra 15 minutes to 28th and Burton for excellent service, perfectly cooked and hot food. Haven’t been there recently because of the longer drive but I hope, really hope they haven’t changed management like that one on Alpine, that has turned into a complete Hole.
