I recently visited the McDonald’s in Sidney, MT, and I must say, it was quite a decent experience. The food was okay, nothing exceptional, but did satisfy the hunger. What stood out was the cleanliness of the place. It was well-maintained and organized, which made the dining experience more comfortable. Overall, I’d give it a solid four stars. It’s a nice spot for a quick bite when you’re in the area.

Amazing McDonald’s as of august 2023! The place was clean, food was warm and I could tell it was fresh. It came very quickly. However the best part of my stop was the employees. They were singing and having a good time in the kitchen. It made the whole atmosphere of the restaurant so fun and enjoyable. Highly recommend for fast food!

My experience was awful. I order at the outer most lane and they told me to pull to the second window. After I did that they try to hand me food when I haven’t payed so i say that I haven’t. Confused a nice young lady comes to take my money when I hear a man talking down on me as a customer for pulling up to the wrong window when I even did stop at the first to check and the man never acknowledged me. He was speaking with another employee, therefor I pulled forward. To top this cake off it was the same man I have wanted to write a review about countless times for his hygiene. Every time I pull through and he is at the back window I can smell him from 5 feet away in my car and his hands always look dirty with dirt covering them. I have worked in many restaurants, even fast food, and it is always an expectation of cleanliness. Even for a McDonalds this is outrageous, I simply hope he is never in the kitchen.

I would give it zero stars if I could. We went to get breakfast and they told us to pull around for fresh hashbrowns. 20 minutes later sitting in the parking lot they still haven’t brought it out meanwhile multiple people have come and gone. When we went in to see why we didn’t have our food, they haven’t even started on it and it was now lunchtime. They offered a refund but no accommodations for our food. The “manager” was very rude when giving us the refund and was not apologetic at all.

Horrible service today had to use kiosk and the kiosk had to use debit card. No one at register to take cash. Told someone that the receipt didn’t print she said she had the order on her screen so I didn’t need one. Food was flavorless and unseasoned. No salt on the cold fries and tasted like card board. McCrispy Chicken sandwich very bland. Husband said his doubleQP was the worst tasting he ever had. And food was just thrown in the bag every which way.

First time I have been inside the Sidney McDonalds since they remodeled. The only option to place an order was at the kiosk. There were no “faces” to be found in the restaurant with the exception of when they brought our food out. Needed a spoon, and could not get anyone’s attention from the back to help us. The food took significantly longer to get than it did in the “old” McDonalds, fries were soggy and the tomatoes on my sandwich were colorless (and thats not an exaggeration). Not impressed. There is very little service left in the service industry anymore and it is very sad to see.

Went here when staying at hotel next door. Food not bad, but resteaunt had dirty tables every one of them, garbage cans were overflowing, there was no cleaning up going on, it wasn’t busy only 4 people in there eating. I won’t go here again.

The food has greatly improved since the remodel but the service has not! Bad enough we have to place our own order on the kiosks they could at least have someone available if you have questions or they forgot something…. …… updating with less stars because we tried again. Got told at drive through to pull ahead because they were waiting for hashbrowns, sat there for 10minutes.. back up to the window and tried to get thier attention, watched at least 2 people look at us and choose to ignore us. Finally got one to come to the window and asked where our food was. With no sorry or anything they handed us our bag. We started to pull forward and I checked the bag and there were ZERO hashbrowns. Went inside and said can I have my hashbrowns. She grabbed some and put them in my bag and mumbled sorry about that and darted off.

Not a good place to eat, but the service is (sometimes) quick. Went twice today, one time for breakfast, and one time for lunch after coming back from a trip. They got 1/5 sandwiches correct in total
