This was genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had with service in a fast food establishment. Took 15 minutes for anyone to come take our order, but there were 4 employees standing right there in the kitchen talking and looking at us. Eventually, we downloaded the McDonald’s app to just put in our orders because the kiosks weren’t working, but again no one told us that until we had been standing there for about 15 minutes. There was no line and no one in the restaurant. I am blown away by this experience, and not in a good way.

Went through the drive thru on 10/30/2025. Asked for our receipt and the cashier walked away so I did not receive a receipt. Ordered three double cheese burgers large fry and a big Mac meal. Only received two double cheeseburgers both orders of fries were soggy, all the burgers were dry. Like they were sitting out for a while before we ordered them.

Not a place for people unfamiliar with ordering for yourself on electronic screens. When we came to adding an order for a second person and totalling our order, the machine didn’t take the order. We pushed a button to get assistance, yet after waiting several minutes left the restaurant without having received acknowledgement of any kind.

Went to the drive through, they forgot 2 orders of fries initially. Went back for the fries and later realized we received the wrong sandwich and the wrong drink as well.
