Horrible service. Refused to apply the deal for the day because I happened to order online, however, the deal was not available to select online. When I called to follow up, I was told they would correct the bill when we picked up the order but when we arrived they refused to. Never ordering from this franchise again. There are way better options for wings in this area.

Food was excellent! Hands down the BEST Boneless Wings and Pretzels Bites I’ve ever had! Service could’ve been better but was ok overall. Atmosphere was pretty good from my POV. It could’ve just been my group of friends I was with tho lol.

Server was great, He was very attentive and checked up on us frequently despite a busy Friday night. Food was okay, I got the Buffalo chicken wrap and it was very very saucy. My girlfriend got the Buffalo Chicken sandwich she said it wasn’t anything special. A big gripe of ours was the drinks, We got the Lonestar Lemonade, it was watered down and $9 a drink. The Atmosphere was fine, typical sports bar. The music was all over the place and was too loud to converse at a reasonable level.
Overall it was an okay experience but we will not be going out of our way to come back

Meal was incorrect when brought out. The manager when asked to correct it got an attitude. Customer service is what wins my business, not average wings at best. Do yourself a favor and ride down rt 4 a little further and go to roosters. You won’t be disappointed. Definitely won’t be back…..
