We had the new burger supposedly made and put in a bed of melted cheese. Super sucked. Disgusting. Cheese was burnt to the plate. We had to pry the burgers off. When we complained to the manager he said we were wrong. And he laughed in my wife’s face. Literally. Earlier we told the waiter that the food was bad; he totally ignored the comments directed to him; he heard them though. We didn’t eat it. Well, I did eat some of the unseasoned burger but I didn’t want to deprive my dogs – we took it home to them. Hope they don’t regurgitate it. Btw, the fries were limp and soft. The ketchup was good though!
Also, dirty dishes on the table next to ours for at least half an hour. Also some sticky gunk on the table would not come off. Good bacteria catcher!?
By the way: Applebees contacted me and asked me to reply, which I did. But that was apparently a dog and pony show for the Yelp review they received. They never responded. I really don’t care however. There are plenty of places around whereas one can spend food money. Why waste any thoughts on this place?

We stopped by Applebee’s today and, as usual, that blonde hostess, whose name I can’t quite recall, was there with a friendly energy, remembering exactly where we like to sit. The decorations make the place feel comfortable and inviting, which adds to the overall experience. It’s always our go-to spot after shopping. Our server was quite friendly, which they usually are, and the food service was quick, which is always appreciated. The food was good and just as expected, like every time we come in. Applebee’s continues to be a reliable spot for a pleasant meal.

Could have been better. Food was mediocre service could have been better. I think our server was new. Maybe he just needed to get more comfortable? Not sure. Small fry and chip portions for the price we paid. Our server did bring more chips out after, and we ended up ordering another basket of fries. Wasnt our best visit.

Applebee’s Grill has always held a special place for me. It is one of those restaurants that truly feels American, and it carries a lot of personal memories for me, from spending time with my wife after we got married to now visiting with our kids. Over the years, it has been a familiar and comforting place for casual meals and relaxed evenings.
The Niagara Falls Blvd location unfortunately closed, largely due to ongoing service issues. Because of that experience, visiting the Applebee’s Grill location felt like a pleasant surprise and a relief. The service here is consistently good, the food is exactly how it should be, and the overall experience is very solid. I even had a chance to meet the manager, who was professional, friendly, and clearly cared about the customers and the quality of service.
This neighborhood Applebee’s stands out in a good way. It feels well run, welcoming, and reliable, which is exactly what you want from a local spot you visit regularly. We especially enjoy their wonton tacos, and their drinks and sides are always on point.
Overall, this location has restored our confidence in Applebee’s. We genuinely enjoy spending time here, and it has become a place we like coming back to as a family.

Ryan really made me feel welcome and to change my one-star review to five ! We talked, he suggests menu items, was quite attentive and met all my needs! Definitely come in and see him! $6 stella talls, 7 merry berry coolatta, really big meal deal menu is to die for, hand breaded chicken sandwich the best I’ve ever had!

We go grocery shopping then Applebee’s on Sundays. Its never packed or too loud and the bar is where we sit. Drinks are decent and some of the apps are really good in a bar food style. Fried wontons were fantastic and the pretzel was one of the best I’ve had in a while.
Dont expect luxury dining, it’s easy, cheaper and its fun.

We ordered to be picked up through their car to go. When I got there and clicked the link to notify them I was there it said order not found. But I was able to get it.
When I got home with it and opened everything I was very disappointed. We got the neighborhood burger which looked to be a double patty burger. As seen in the photo attached, we barely got a patty and a half of overcooked burger. And the Fiesta Lime chicken breast was burnt, dry and inedible. We could not even eat it and had to throw it out. Extremely disappointed with their quality control and standards for letting food go to the customer that was cooked like that.

Been here many times, with little to no issues. Waitress brought out soup, nachos and my dinner all at once..after I was done, then they brought my daughter’s food. My food was lukewarm, the older women who brought my daughters dinner was kind and pleasant. Daughter’s food was rare when she ordered her burger well done. Older women said she will take off my daughter’s burger. Younger waitress was snippy when I said something. She didn’t check on us once. Will not go back.
