Ordered on app for pick up in space 4. Watched 2 cars order and leave drive through while we waited watched another car pulled up. So I went in found my order waiting on the counter. The cashier only smiled and said oops when I showed her the order was to be brought to us. So I filled my drink took the cold food and left.

waited over 20 minutes for someone to take my order. They didn’t say a single word to me just made me wait It took another 10 minutes for my food. Went the next morning for breakfast and no one would answer In the drive through so I drove up to the window and the worker wouldn’t even talk to me just kept shaking their head no at me. It said they were open at 530am and this happened at 7 am. Both instances they didn’t seem busy at all.

I’ve seen some customers straight out yell at the employees of this store. Loud. Swearing. Berating. The employees of this mcds put up w a lot. Still, I see them greeting new customers with smiles and trying to move on with their days.

We waited for over 20 minutes and the worker didn’t even acknowledge us other then yelling “it’s gonna be awhile.” Place wasn’t even busy except for a family of 3 people and a car in the drive through. Buncha cranky old ladies. We ended up leaving hungry after they didn’t even take our order. You could loudly hear them complaining that they had customers in the store. Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had.

Very slow service and the counters by the ketchup dispensers were dirty, and the dispensers hardly had ketchup in them I had to ask for packets. We had to look at 4 tables before finding a clean one. The garbage cans were full to the brim. I sure hope the staff had a good night with all the talking and laughing they were doing..
