Everyone of the workers are awesome nice helpful etc. Go out their way to make sure you feel like you are the most important person to walk in the door. The restaurant is not as clean since they closed the eat in section. I would have enjoyed a family outing at a Pizza Hut. I grew up with that being the best part and led to PH being my favorite. I go where the price is cheapest now. The Brooklyn Style pizza had little to no pepperoni and was billed as “Double Pepperoni” and cut uneven … Like by a lot.

I’ve never ordered through pizza hut I will never do it again I received my food 2 hrs later after I ordered it and it was only a 25 – 35 min wait I also live in a upstairs apartment keep in mind I ordered my food at 9:15 pm and found it at 11:15 pm at the bottom of the apartment building cold and they didn’t even leave my 2liters and no I didn’t order door dash I ordered through pizza hut I called the manager and he didn’t even offer a refund or anything worse service from a pizza company I have ever had I will not order through them again waste of $50 I would give them no stars if I could buy 1 is the lowest so that’s what they got from me

It was my first time going to this location and I will never return to it due to the young lady who has no idea what customer service is or a proper attitude. There’s no menu for you to order from and she wasn’t very helpful either. A customer who was waiting for his order seemed to know more than she did. She didn’t really have a professional appearance either. This is exactly why people don’t want to spend money on Dixie Highway anymore. I finally said cancel my order and drove to Lower Hunter’s where they were much more professional and friendlier. I know that $60.40 may not sound like much to Pizza Hut but I won’t be spending a dime at this location. I don’t know where all of these restaurants are finding these kid’s with terrible people skills and attitudes. My $60.40 that I spent at another location is what would have paid her salary. I wish that I could post NEGATIVE STARS because this location deserves it. To be honest Little Caesar has better prices and I just wanted Pizza Hut because I hadn’t had one in a few years. I will buy a Pizza Hut pizza in the future but not from this location. Hopefully it will close up and go away like all of the other bad businesses in Valley Station that are UNWORTHY of the people who work hard for their money.

I placed my order at 9:46 p.m. and the store doesn’t close until 11:00 p.m. At 10:03 p.m. I received a text notification that my order was out for delivery. Never received my order and waited for nearly 3 hours before giving up. I tried calling the store multiple times but it said they were closed and to try again tomorrow. I was charged for a pizza I never received. This was without a doubt one of the worst pizza ordering experiences I’ve ever had. If this is made right or someone from Pizza Hut contacts me, I will edit this review to show that.
