I ate inside this establishment once since moving here from California and it was fairly pleasant. Sadly they are not as good when it comes to doordash orders. I set up a doordash order and I ordered a Bacon ranch McCrispy and to my dismay they forgot the main part of the ingredients that resides in it’s very name….the bacon. I also ordered 2 cheeseburgers that had the specialty sticker receipt wrapped into my sandwich. They also didn’t put any fries in my sons happy meal when we designated fries and apple slices. The last part of the order was chicken nuggets and came with no sauce…not even ketchup. I’m not sure what happened but I would recommend checking your order carefully when obtaining your food. Thought I would wait to see if they improved before posting a review of 1 but it hasn’t gotten better. Slowest one I’ve been to and the other day was it. This is my large fry I pulled out of bag as I was driving out of town. I actually had to pull over and take this photo, maybe they changed spec and this is the new large but…and no there was not extra fries in the bottom of the bag.

I ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese… the receipt said no cheese, the Box that the Burger came in said no cheese… but I was served Burger with cheese, no one would admit that there was any problem, no 1 would take responsibility and the manager actually had to watch the cook NOT put cheese on it when they remade it.

Not so fast food! if you’re in a hurry and need a quick meal do not go here! you can be the only one in line and still wait 10 minutes for your food! it gets two stars instead of one because we’ve always had good hot fresh fries never stale and cold.

Treated very poorly over a mistake that the cashier made. Manager IVE pretty much told me that I did not order a item even though I gave my code to the cashier. And then telling me that fries were not on the order a second time, so to bad I guess. I ask if I could give her my code now and get my fries. She said I spoke rudely to her and told me to leave. Worst part of the whole thing is that I had a foster child that earned a French fry treat and witness the whole thing.

I’ve never really had an issue at this location, they always are kind and courteous , my orders are right most of the time , I get with new staff sometimes things can be forgotten but that’s maybe once in a blue moon.the food is always hot and fresh and made properly . No complaints
