In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Would give it a ZERO but can’t. It’s still the worst McDonald’s I have ever run across. Dirty, slow, rude. The other evening, we ordered from the app at 10:15pm. Stores closes at 11pm. They refused to do the order as they had already closed. Manager would not even come to the drive through window to talk. Just shook his head NO.

Bf, daughter and I went thru drive thru lasnight. Person taking our order was very rude. Before saying anything I asked if it was just me or was he actually being rude. Sure enough, when I told him he didn’t need to be so rude he and the person standing next to him just laughed.

3 visits in a row and not one time did I get charged correctly or received the correct order. First visit ordered Mc nugget combo just to get back to work and find a chicken sandwich. Second visit ordered 2 plain biscuits and a large coke. I noticed on the screen they rang up 2 sausage biscuit so I mentioned at the window to pay it looks wrong but the cashier ignored me so I pulled to the next window. At the next window a guy started to hand me the order and I asked are the biscuits plain and without looking he says yes. After parking I find they’re sausage biscuits. I saw what looked like a manager and asked for help and she was wonderful in helping and even gave me my money back which I didn’t ask. 3rd visit I ordered two biscuits only bacon with a large coke. The order was right when I got it but they charged me for sausage biscuits and bacon so my total for all was over 12 bucks. Very disappointed with this location and probably not going back.

Terrible. I come here at least once a week. Bc it’s closest to my work. They never fail to BURN your food, STEAL your money because they never make sure they give you the correct order & I’m ALWAYS missing something from THIS location. They hire all these little little kids who I have seen MULTIPLE with AIR PODS listening to music while they swipe MY DEBIT CARD.

I was on a road trip, my phone died and the charging port broke. I stopped in to try charging it with a wireless phone charger and find my way back home. A white male manager came up to me and said “ I have to kick you out if you don’t order food, or else THEY will get upset and ask ‘why are you letting the white girl stay here?’, so can you help me out and order something?” I understood the concept, but felt race did not need to be brought into it. I felt it was really rude and unprofessional… It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He ended up just giving me free fries, because my phone was dead and I could not order anything.

Normally I wouldn’t make a big deal but 4$ for a small coffee is alot. I paid for a medium iced coffee and they gave me a small. I told them at the window they gave me a small and they swear it was a medium. Didn’t feel like arguing so I left. Got home took the labels off the cup and it was in fact a small. I called them and let them know they didnt apologize or anything but they did offer to make one but i was grocery shopping so they said they would send a coupon in the mail. Whoever i spoke with sounded a lil rude but whatever. Will change the rating when I receive the coupon.
