Amazing place. Clean, good food, great customer service. I went here for breakfast and it was amazing. I recommend getting the steak egg and cheese bagel for breakfast. It would be five stars but my iced coffee was too bitter for my liking. Overall 4 stars

Would give it a ZERO but can’t. It’s still the worst McDonald’s I have ever run across. Dirty, slow, rude. The other evening, we ordered from the app at 10:15pm. Stores closes at 11pm. They refused to do the order as they had already closed. Manager would not even come to the drive through window to talk. Just shook his head NO.

Yall for real need a new job if you hate your current one. Why does everytime I go or a friend of mine you all have the most rudest attitude ever and i genuinely thought dairy queen was bad. If you hate your job leave? There is no need to have that nasty attitude towards customers when YOU work behind the window. YOU use the intercom, YOU talk to customers because it’s your job… that you applied for… There is other places to work at if you want to have that energy behavior. You guys are all for real grown EVEN in your 30s but act like it’s the worst day of your life because you work. We are in 2025 have a better attitude next time. Highkey sad all your reviews about your workers having the worst attitude. I would understand if you had day but everyday ????? Now that’s just exaggeration. Nothing has change because your management is just as bad as your guys attitude.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a chicken sandwich which with cheese, fries, and a coke. The sandwich was less than lukewarm, the cheese was not even melted, the fries were cold and limp. The service, well how about try smiling? If you don’t want to work there or you have the inability to smile, get a different job.
The dirtiest floors and tables I’ve ever seen. I’m never going to a McDonald’s again. I can make my own fries and melt the cheese on my sandwich and serve it all hot, fresh, and smile knowing it cost a fraction of what I paid for the crappy cold food, and service that obviously hates their job at McDonald’s in Worthington.
