My daughter and I were there this morning and The food came but my biscuits sandwich was wrong I went to the counter the guy working there said oh we’ll make you what you oder. We’ll when I went back they made entire new order for me I was very great full. I thought I’d just a new breakfast sausage biscuit with egg sandwich. They are a very wonderful McDonalds.. I don’t know why the drive-thru here is so slow on the weekends? I wish they would have people pull up if they’re waiting for their food, some people do actually work on weekends also! And yes I do give myself plenty of times but sometimes it’s painful for how long you have to wait because it’s a weekend and they just assume people don’t have someplace to be.

I go to this location all the time as it is convenient and close to my home. I decided I wanted to go grab a quick lunch at this McDonalds. I ordered through the app. Large Caramel Iced Macchiato, Cheeseburger with a free medium fry. When I went to the window to pick it up there was this lady who handed me my coffee. it was half filled because I asked for no ice. I asked her “whats this” her tone of voice was rude and commented back “Ice Caramel Macchiato with no Ice.” Seriously? half filled? I came here before ordered the same thing and they filled it up with no problems without ice in there. I am also not gonna spend $5 on a large coffee thats half-filled. I didnt appreciate the tone of voice of what I was assuming the manager on duty. Then, I noticed they forgot my fries. I had to walk back into the store for them. I am nice to people who work fast food because I understand it is a difficult job, but talking to me like that at the window upset me and forget my fries also??? Do better McDonalds.

This McDonalds is great. The food is about on par with other McDonalds, but it’s one of the few area locations left with a full size indoors play area. In Minnesota, that’s important with as crazy as the weather gets sometimes. My kids love it here, and we make it a regular stop. It’s clean most of the time and a great place for kids to blow off some energy on weekends. If you are a parent looking to share a meal with your kid. This is the place for you. They even bring the food out for you. They also have a bathroom right in the play area.

This location used to be good for lunch, especially over the last summer, but now I can’t even get a mobile order out in the drive thru without the workers trying to gaslight me when I come in saying I never gave them the code, and a MANAGER trying to take payment on a MOBILE ORDER, somehow this has happened 3 times now after many at this location – on top of that sheer incompetence you’ll also start to see the standard custom items being made wrong, getting the wrong order in the drive thru, etc, but if it’s done right – you’ll find your experience decent hence the extra star

I bought a quarter pounder meal from here and when I got home to eat it the quarter pounder was RAW!!! When I say raw I mean RAWWWW! I was beyond disgusted and to make matters worse I tried calling twice and no one would answer the phone. Let’s just say I will not be eating there again

They provided us raw beef in our burgers. When asking them to remake the food we still had pink meat. Both my spouse and I got severely ill. Probably e-coli, rest assured I will never step food or spend my money at a McDonald’s again.

This has to be the most consistent McDonald’s in Minnesota. Our food always comes out fresh, the inside is very clean and the are employees super nice. Many of the employees have been there for years and always have a smile on their face when we see them inside or in the drive through. Our two boys have a great time in the McDonalds Obstacle Course too! 🙂
