Got a gift card so decided to order for delivery at 5:42 tonight. It’s now almost 7 our food never arrived. It still says being prepared. This has now happened twice with taco bell. Never had my deliveries not arrive except for this place. Absolute garbage. Will never eat at Taco Bell. Might as well throw that gift card in the dumpster. Same difference.

Place is a bit dirty, they seem understaffed so no one is able to wipe the tables down. We had to order off of the screen when you first walk in vs someone taking the order which took twice as long. The food was good however and everyone working there was busy working the whole time.
The amount of meat is always lacking at every Taco Bell considering these items are $5-6 a piece. Regardless, the flavor was good. The kids enjoyed their burritos as well and the wife enjoyed her tacos.

Absolutely terrible service. They can’t even manage to put all the food you paid for in the bag, and when they mess up, they refuse to refund or replace it. That alone is unacceptable. The manager, Tasha, was rude, dismissive, and clearly sets the tone for this behavior. If management doesn’t care about customers, it’s hard to understand how this business is still operating. The only reason it must still be open is convenience not quality or competence. Honestly, I know they probably don’t even care about these reviews, so I don’t know why I’m writing this other than to warn future customers not to expect basic respect or accountability.

I had the unfortunate opportunity to visit Taco Bell on S. Eagle Road in Meridian at 1:20pm.
I ordered the Beef Grande Nachos at the drive-thru. When the employee, Kayla, handed me the box, I noticed there was cheese and other food debris on the bottom. I politely asked her if she could clean the box so I could place it in my car without making a mess.
My request seemed to offend Kayla. She loudly commented to a coworker about having to clean the box. After a moment, she handed the box back to me and then slammed the drive-thru window shut. I was taken aback by her complete lack of professionalism.
I hope the recent interaction was a one-off incident. However, based on her coworker’s, I am concerned that this type of conduct may be considered acceptable at this location.

I put in an order through the app. Very easy to use. Walked in, waited MAYBE 5 minutes. Was handed 3 boxes of soft and hard tacos with a big smile on his face! Very pleasant and positive experience. I’ll definitely be back to this location.

We have been to this Taco Bell 5 times and always get the same thing – a Supreme Lux box and we upgrade the crunchy taco to a supreme one. 4 times out of 5 they never upgraded our taco even though we were charged for it. Today, on top of not upgrading our taco, we were missing chips too. The workers there should stop talking to each other all the time and pay more attention to the orders!

Worst crunchy tacos I’ve ever received from taco bell, they had pieces of meat not even one scoop. Oh but plenty of taco juice. I’m disappointed because of how simple it is for you to make crunchy tacos but yet still you ruin it somehow. Tsk tsk tsk.

I say this with the hope it gets better at this location. Food was late, they didn’t listen to anything that had been said and didn’t start working on the order till the 4th time it was said why I was there. Again hope for them getting better. Would not recommend with how they are.
