They don’t deserve even 1 star. I was givien a severly undercooked quater ponder and when I called the store and spoke to the manager, he offered me to replace the meal without even offering an apology or showed any concer that uncooked raw ground beef could make me and my family sick. When I stress to him that this unexceptable, he said what else he can do but to give me another QP. Very sad, if the manager of such big brand name does not know how to resolve a serious issue like this.

One of the worst drive through experiences I had in a long time. Not only did they make me wait but I am pretty sure I was discriminated by my skin color. The person in front got their order in and when it was my turn to order I sat there waiting with no response on the speaker. I’m not sure who is in charge here or who they have working but they need to change all of that. I see there are a lot of bad reviews on this location. I would not waste your time in a joint like this.

There is a lady who is rude for no reason. She has over-bleached hair over lined eyebrows her name is eliah, and she accused people of stealing cookies. I’m sorry, how is that possible??? It may be affordable, but know your worth.

Waiting 15 minutes for my order in the drive thru. Finally went in to see what was up. Turns out they forgot about me and gave my order to someone else. Made me 10 minutes late getting back to work. I understand mistakes happen, however it’s not the first time I’ve had some sort of mix up at this location. It’s been months since giving them another try today…. I keep coming back because the food is always hot and good. Super disappointed with the situation today. It’ll be a while before trying again.

I was disappointed by this McDonald’s. I ordered a chocolate cone from the driveway. I pulled to the first window and paid for my chocolate cone. I pulled ahead to the second window where the employee told me they don’t have chocolate cones. Maybe that’s something that should have been mentioned before I paid for one! Then I was told to pull forward to wait for my refund. They helped every car in the drive thru line, and I figured they’d help me finally. Nobody came out so I finally went inside. The guy didn’t seem to know how to do a refund and barely spoke English

Worst customer service. Roberto told me I don’t care when I complained that my online order was taking too long and I waited outside for 10mins with no service. Meanwhile the drive thru was going along just fine. At least 6 to 10 cars went through while I waited for an online order placed way in advance. Then they couldn’t find my order and then found it and tried giving it to someone else. Now my grandkids are eating cold French fries

I got in line at drive thru after my order was done in the app. The lane I chose had 1 car the other had 2. Car in My lane had finished and pulled forward part of the way but the back up of cars was up to that point. The other lane they took 2 orders from before asking for mine. Both those cars pulled ahead and I was still waiting to give my app number to them. I heard the recording for the next car in the next lane and u finally said into the soaker… did you forget about me… they said they would be right with me and i said no I was next in line and said my app number. No response until they finished the other lane order..3rd car while I waited. Then they finally got to me. Not very organized. Longest I ever waited in the drive thru there. Once I got my order all the pull ahead spots were full. Strange it was that busy as it was just before 10am on a week day. The benefit was the sausage egg and cheese Mcmuffin was the freshest I had in years.

This McDonald’s used to be on point. Now a hit or miss. I frequent this place at least 5 times a week including breakfast, yes, way too much. Sometimes food quality is lacking and/or items missed or wrong.

I went through the drive through today on 5/13. I asked for onions and cheese on my eggs. The manager (Alberto) handed me my food and told me with a huge attitude, “This is the first and last time we’re going to do this for you. Have a good day ” and abruptly closed the drive through window and walked away. I parked my vehicle and walked inside asking to speak with him because I could not understand why he was acting that way and treating a customer in that fashion. He walked up saying, “Are you really going to waste my time with this? I’m done with this” then turned around and walked away. Ms. Diana was very nice and respectful. She gave me the supervisor name (Ben), who she said was all of their boss and the number to reach him at. I don’t expect everyone to like me because I don’t care but respect is a must. I only asked for onion’s and cheese and got the worse experience ever. I will never be back. This is why people end of snapping and ultimately going there, especially when people don’t disrespect the other person. Obviously Alberto is having a bad day but does not excuse his unprofessional behavior and disrespect. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I feel that he does not need to with there at all.
