Went here to have my sweet tooth fix. Had chocolate shake and cafe mocha to go. Most of the coffee shops in Eden Prairie is already closed around 9pm-ish hours. Service was efficient.

I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app and was charged right away. My son went to pick it up, and they told him they had stopped serving breakfast and couldn’t give us the food even though the order had already gone through and we paid for it.
Since I wasn’t there, I called the store to ask about getting a refund. The person who answered barely let me explain what happened, kept interrupting me, and had a really rude attitude. He told me they don’t handle refunds and that I needed to contact DoorDash. I explained I ordered directly through the McDonald’s app, not DoorDash, but he kept repeating that they couldn’t help. He just said I’d be reimbursed without a good explaining.
At this point, I don’t even know if I’m getting my money back or how that’s supposed to happen. When I told him his customer service was unacceptable, I asked if he was the manager and he said yes! Followed by “have a good day” and hung up on me.
It’s frustrating enough to be charged for food you never received, but the way this was handled made it worse. Customers shouldn’t be left confused about their refund and spoken to with that kind of attitude. Especially by a manager.

At about 3:45pm, I ordered fries, only fries – 1st meal of the day, I was looking forward to it, plus I have not ordered fries in almost a month! They were cold, which wasn’t a big issue —I would simply have to wait for a fresh batch then order a wrap to hold me over while waiting. I went inside and politely asked for fresh fries, attempting to hand over the original order and receipt but the employee did not take them or even look at them. She approached me and asked “why,” so I repeated my request thinking that she didn’t hear the first time, still holding the fries and receipt to show they were from the drive-thru. She then turned away, pointed toward the dining area, and told me to sit down, saying it would take five minutes and that they didn’t have fresh fries—while walking away. Why is she speaking to me and walking away? Should I still be holding the fries? I still need to order a wrap but is she coming back?
At that point, I requested a refund, she turned around, did the refund, said absolutely nothing, I took out card thinking it would go back to my card, not sure how refunds work, she handed me cash, said absolutely nothing, grabbed the bag of old fries and walked back to their kitchen area. Hmmmm. I just went down the street to Five Guys for fresh fries. In a time when both money and time matter the most, quality customer service is what would truly sets businesses apart. Can you imagine accidentally offending people at a job they chose to clock in at.

I love McDonald’s and probably always will. I got the 2 for $9 meal and chicken nuggets and an Iced Caramel Macchiatto for $24, which is still sort of expensive but overall good. The meal includes 2 Big Macs and 2 Any Size Fries. The tax and convenience made it more expensive, but I hate ordering inside. The food was hot and fresh and the service was reasonably fast for the amount of food that I got, and the time of day that it was. The indoor area is nice and clean too, though.

I order few burgers and fries on the app, just request one Ranch like always (every other place give me more than one free no problem), but when I reach the counter, the guy in a rude tone told me “You gotta pay for that!”. No eye contact, no “sorry lah”. Employee should service better—explain clearly in empathy way, like “Sorry bro, extra Ranch is 25 cents, want me add for you?” instead of make customer feel small. And the large fries?, it’s medium size only. This location think they big shot because prime area, treat customer like rubbish. Better skip this one, drive little bit more to any other McD —there get smile, real portion, and free Ranch

We use the mobile app and it speeds up service. We got hotcakes, hash browns and a sausage patty. Everything was hot and delicious. Good job to the Eden Prairie location near the mall.

This place has the worst customer service! Drive through is a joke completely, food is never what you ordered. We sat there in spot D for 25 min. Lol! Why? Do better McDonald’s!

Ahimè, lesson learned. Granted that we went past 8:30 pm the place was quite in disarray. We decided to take it to go. But, PLEASE, PLEASE do not pack my order if the pies are not ready to go. They asked if we wanted to wait. Fine, my mistake. We waited. It ended up to be more than 10 minutes. By then french fries and chicken nuggets… we’ll you can imagine. Plus, we ordered 2 large fries and got medium without the monopoly game pieces. Well this location is off my favorite list. Moving on. .

I ordered online, just wanted a drink. I get to the window and they immediately say “park” without any other instructions. So I pull forward. And it’s now been thirty minutes. Still waiting. Pathetic man. I know they won’t refund so I guess I’ll dispute with my bank.

Lets start with the ridiculously high prices completely asinine more expensive then most fast food places now. Went in for breakfast got the wrong item i called. Mark the manager answered. His tone of voice was rude acted like it was an inconvenience for him to make it right. He says i can either come in now or tmr and ask for him i said well i cant leave work currently. Cant you just put my name down and ill come back when it’s convenient for me he said nope they dont do that any more. I mean if your gonna charge an arm and a leg at least have good customer service.
