First and foremost I absolutely love the food. The staff are nice but when they aren’t dealing with the customer a couple can be very belligerent. I know they’re having fun but that doesn’t need to be in earshot of customers especially if a child were present.
My only main gripe is getting the order right. I literally asked for no pickles on my sandwich and lol and behold, pickles in my sandwich. The people in back weren’t paying attention and got my order wrong. Since I had to walk a ways, because I drive a truck I didn’t bother going back. The food was awesome but the staff need to be quicker but efficient. All in all a good experience and I will keep coming back when I’m in the state. Please give Emily a big thank you for being so nice.

Couldn’t quite figure out where to order, as everyone was busy putting orders together. However, once we got our food we were more than satisfied with our experience at Bojangles. We both had breakfast sandwiches and hubby had the bo rounds for a side. The biscuits were perfection! Fresh out of the oven with delicious eggs, cheese and bacon. We are just passing through the area, but I would definitely stop back. A money-saving fast food breakfast that tastes like a sit-down restaurant.

Took my three teenagers who were dying for Bojangles. It was late so we had to order from the late night limited menu. We ordered three of the tender meals and a large fry. When I pulled up to the wi dow to pay, the drive thru cashier said they were out of tenders… we’d have to wait for more to be made. Cool no problem, my boys had their hearts set on this. I pulled forward then had to wait for TWENTY MINUTES. When we finally got out ordered, none of the meal boxes had a biscuit, the fries had no seasoning and my large fry was missing entirely. At this point it was almost 11. I couldn’t get anyone to come to the window so we left. When I went back the next day I was told nothing could be done because I didn’t have a receipt. I tried to explain i wasnt given one but that didnt matter.. Worst customer service ever!!!

Samari was the name of the young girl who took our order tonight. She made sure our food was hot and delicious. I strongly recommend eating at this particular restaurant, great food cleanliness, and attentive staff. Even the bathrooms were clean

The staff are always great! I don’t know how they are expected to work with the automated drive through. IT DOESN’T WORK! The AI attendant cuts you off, doesn’t understand your order and just keeps repeating itself. It slows the drive thru line. I kept saying, Breakfast bowl, for example and it did not compute. I had to go in like everyone else. Why not use real employees that are standing there inside with headsets on or test the system more until it works. Just a suggestion.

At 9:45 pm on Saturday they had no food. They close at 11pm. Was told everything was cleaned so they wouldn’t cook anything and they had one chicken sandwich left-old! Why are you even open late if you won’t serve 75 minutes before closing. Won’t go back!

Very friendly staff and our food looked and tasted great. Biscuit wasn’t over cooked or old. Our sandwiches looked like someone took the time to make it instead of the usual with half the cheese hanging off and slammed in a wrapper. Staff at the window were very friendly and we were back on the interstate in no time at all.

This location was recommended so I tried it even with a 3.7 rating. Can’t say they even deserve 3.7. Uncooked chicken is a real health hazard. Still waiting on the do over 10 minutes later. It’s really sad. BoJ used to be a great place. Now they’re just another has-been fast food chain. Employees don’t care and owners don’t keep up with their restaurants. Managers are just whatever employee that will show up. If you really want BoJ, drive to Lincolnton.

I had never been to bojangles but was told I needed to try it before I headed home to Michigan. I was not disappointed. Every thing was hot and fresh! I let the gentleman at the counter pick the must haves off the menu and he did a great job. 10 out of 10 would recommend this chain and especially this location!
