It’s McDonald’s. You know what to expect for food. What I found refreshing was when my take out order was mixed up, there was no attitude when I brought the bag back. (I hadn’t left yet) In fact, there was ownership and an apology. Like it use to be in the good old days. No big deal, and don’t have to make anything out of it. Thank you.

Ordered 4 value meals, all with nuggets ordered sauce for all of them. Waited a few minutes for all the food, get handed a bag was told everything was in it, I peeked inside and I asked is the sauce down at the bottom? Lady at the window goes yes all the sauce is in there so i pulled away to not hold up the line of cars behind me. Get to my destination pull everything out, and there’s no sauce. Both kids were very upset and ended up not eating their nuggets because they were super dry.

First and foremost, Anthony the assistant general manager and Malory the cashier are top tier customer service reps. They are super friendly, listened to everything I said, used my first name, and delivered me fresh hot food that tasted great. And the store & mens bathroom was spotless. I’ll definitely will becoming back here for lunch. Thank you too, keep up the awesome work. This location consistently offers inaccurate and slow service! I ordered an “large, unsweetened tea”, after awaiting for 15 mins in the drive thru lane, she give me a wrong size of tea, and she confirmed and give me the correct size of tea, I drove off then realized she give me the “sweetened” tea when I ordered the unsweetened because I can’t have sugar ….. what a waste of time!

I wanted to use other language but I don’t want this to be Removed because of language!! 3rd strike for this location! You can’t even put a patty on the darn bun! I got pickle and cheese and the onion (I explicitly asked not to have) but no dang burger! Nothing but bad experiences everytime I stop here!!! You will not get another penny from me!! This is how ludacris and poorly orders are put together here! I will be getting my money back for this order since you chose not to actually give me the food I paid for.
